Master Cannon

It was a dreadful experience. First, when we arrived we found that the sink was clogged. We called the contact number that they gave us and the man who responded told us that there is nothing that he can do until the next day. The next day they repaired the sink but you could clearly tell that afterwards they didn't clean it, they left it as the plumber left it. Second, one day before our check out, in the evening, they suddenly decided they would change the password needed to enter the building, without saying a word to us. We arrived at the property and we couldn't enter because we had the wrong password given to us at check in, and this time, the number that they gave us was unavailable.. we were lucky that someone left the building and we swooped in this way.. she also told us that the password was suddenly changed and that it was written on a piece of paper which was put on a wall insid the building. But if you were out all day you couldn't have seen it.. Lastly, the thermostat was really hard to set, it was always too hot and we didn't manage to put it on cold... you only could stop it but you can't open the windows so it's the only source of ventilation... We really are not pretentious but this was a really unpleasant experience, so i advice everyone to go to another place.

The apartment was well located in the heart of City of London. Easy access to all tourist attractions either by walking or the Cannon robe station is 200mtrs away. Apartment is well maintained. Has everything you need. Could work out the drying option of the washing machine/dryer which was frustrating as we tried for hours to dry out clothes, ended up hanging around the room, but instructions on how to use might be helpful as YouTube didn’t help either. To gain access you call on arrival at the apartment, not arrival to London as we did. They’ll give you your key box number and code to get key card. Otherwise unless you have issues you will not interact with any staff. We had issues with the safe, had to have someone help, not the most friendly people.

Hotel confirmed check-in between 3-4pm but at the time there was nobody at the property, I tried to contact them via phone, email and Facebook chat but no response. It ended with me having to book another hotel for the first night and when I got in contact with them the following day they refused to refund claiming they had a no cancellation / refund policy, ignoring the fact it was at the property at the agreed time. On the positive side, I spent the following nights at the hotel and when I was woken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm and fire trucks outside it at least seemed easy for the firemen to get into the property.

We had a basement room and the whole experience was absolutely terrible. The room was directly next to a club next door which was playing LOUD music until gone 2am. The reception is only staffed until 10am so there's noone we could speak to about switching rooms. Each hour we hoped the music would stop but it just went on and on and it was SO loud. Then after the agony was over everyone spilled out onto the street and were stood outside shouting for another hour. Just terrible. The room wasn't anything like the pictures on the site when I booked, the window overlooked people walking on the street so they could see in and there were random pillars in the room which blocked the view of the TV. We got a half used roll of toilet roll for our whole stay.
