酒店是傳統英式酒店，酒店不大，裝修很精緻。位置便利，在考文特花園步行街內，離地鐵近，可步行到大英博物館和藝術博物館。酒店早餐很棒，有免費的酒水吧。

酒店接待處職員服務不佳，安排我們入住地下室房間，沒有電梯，要經過很長的樓梯才能到達房間，對於我們年紀大的住客來講很辛苦，另外入房後有很大的空氣潮濕氣味，感覺不舒服，還有些不愉快的經曆，使我們覺得不會再選擇這種服務與收費不配稱的酒店。

A thoroughly charming boutique hotel in the heart of a trendy chic neighborhood. We chose it for its proximity to the theater district, but fell in love with its well-deserved five-star service and amenities. Chief among them was the finest bathroom I’ve seen in my recent travels, equipped with a capacious stand-alone bathtub, a great walk-in shower, a bidet, and two sinks. The king -sized bed and comforter were super cozy and staff members were amazingly responsive when we asked for ice or taxis. I also loved the boutiques and cafes, including the Monmouth Coffee Company across the street and the Hotel Chocolat a few doors down. My only complaint was that the prices in the minibar were outrageous, a problem easily solved by simply buying my own Diet Cokes and cramming them into said mini bar. All in all, a super find!

Still here at the moment whilst writing this . This hotel is as near to perfection as we have come across in many a year . The attention to detail is incredible , the junior suite we are in is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is luxurious with a TV over the bathroom and a huge seperate shower . The breakfast selection and quality of ingredients is unsurpassed ! The concierge service is exemplary. Can’t wait to come back and I haven’t left yet

After some research I chose to arrange a Big Birthday celebration Lunch for 14 family and friends in the Lyric Room at the Covent Garden Hotel. We were also staying at another Firmdale Hotel, the Charlotte Street Hotel. The Events team and the Event manager at the hotel had worked with me for several months to plan the day and despite some tiny issues with the meal, all went exceptionally well. Being able to go upstairs to the Library later was a lovely surprise for everyone. My very grateful thanks to Jordan, Moses and Triggin and everyone involved.

We just spent 4 nights at the Covent Garden Hotel. The hotel is lovely, everything first class. Our room was well appointed, the bathroom was great (great shower), and the breakfasts were delicious! Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location was great, close to museums, shopping, and theater. The staff and concierge were helpful (they have 24 hour concierge and room service)! We loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Firmdale property.

I had brunch at the hotel this morning. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was lovely. The coffee was good. Would happily return. Would recommend the crumpet with spinach, mushrooms, bubble & squeak with poached eggs. My friend had the granola, which seemed to go down well too.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Front desk staff made us feel welcome, our room was perfect, spacious, loved the pillows, nice and fuffy (not like down pillows that flatten to nothing). Location was great, quiet small street with cafes across the way. The restaurant at hotel, Brasserie Max, offered a splendid breakfast and we had friends over for dinner our first night in town. Would definitely stay here again.

A superb hotel. Friendly staff with some lovely touches including sourcing some Ribena for my son at breakfast. Very comfortable rooms with the most gorgeous beds and bathroom facilities. Loved the classy restaurant and bar. Great location to explore .. we'll simply have to come back.
