Amazing hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Stayed for one night and then had afternoon tea would highly recommend

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. It was our first time here and I can’t fault anything. The hotel looked so beautiful, I’ve never seen anything like it! Reception staff were amazing and helpful, the room was spacious and lovely, the free bottles of water was a nice touch and the toiletries (shower, gel, shampoo and conditioner) nice as well and in cute little bottles, there were 2 boxes, one had a shower cap in and the other vanity box which had facial pads, cotton buds and a nail file which I thought was really useful and a nice thought. The bathroom was stunning and it even had a bidet. Breakfast in the morning was nice, so
nice we went for seconds lol, good selection; hot food - full English, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, hashbrowns, sausages, bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, cereals, pastries, juice and and great selection of teas. Best to go to the restaurant between 8-9 where it’s a bit quieter, friendly staff, nice environment. Checked out just before 11:00 and again staff were nice thanking us for coming, I told them we had a lovely time as I surprised my partner for his birthday and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be coming again. The only downside is the TV was not connected to the Internet even though it’s a smart television, so I was unable to watch Netflix or YouTube which was the only downside, other than that we loved it!

We had really good family time in sunborn hotel i requested riverview room and some little surprise decoration for my son they done it very well it was nice excellent service thank u sunborn and trip.com as well.

Booked as a little get away for my boyfriends birthday. The room was stunning. Clean and comfortable with good views. We also ate at the lands end restaurant. The weather was nice so we opted to eat outside. It was very romantic watching the sunset from the boat

The boat was absolutely stunning, the room was lovely , but the services was terrible . Went to have a drink in the bar I
waited 40 minutes for someone to come over to take my order then waited another 20 to get my drink , asked for a food menu at 10pm got the menu at 10.25pm to be told food stops in 5 minutes, so I had to explain I had waited nearly 30 minutes for the menu , many people complained this night and also got up and walked out as drinks was taking far to long , too pay over £200 a night you expect more

From when we entered, it was just an amazing place. Staff very helpful. Breakfast everyone catered for.
Only downside constantly asking for the entry card to be re programmed when we tried to use it.
Would def recommend and visit will happen again.

I travel with my friend for two days and this hotel is general good for its price and room size, actually, I mean, better than the other one we stayed in the second daylight. And quite good for the breakfast, that is fantastic.

Felt like a millionaire.
Good location and very clean. Breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled eggs.
