My entire experience with this property was difficult and frustrating. I needed to change my payment information and neither ******* nor the hotel would work with me. Their phone number, alternate number, and two emails did not work. Nobody got back to me with any meaningful solution. They tried to cancel my room and take the entire cost as a fee, and then told me that they would Allow me to stay and pay on property. That's all I wanted to do - was pay and make sure they got their money. Which I did without issue at the hotel.
At the hotel: There were cosmetic issues: Parts of the gate outside were missing, the bannister was broken and put together with sticky tape. The room seemed clean, but there were stains on the curtain. The bathroom was gorgeous - but the window shade did not come all the way down, so people could see right in. There wasn't a door between the bathroom and room, so people in the building across the alley could see into my room.
Also, despite there being a radiator in the room, it didn't put out any heat, even after I turned it on and set it.
Finally, the door has a Yale lock on it, without a door knob or handle. It took me at least 1-2 minutes to be able to open the door every time.
(Also the breakfast was overcooked and tasteless, but really on the list of issues that is so tiny that it's hardly worth acknowledging.)
