Hotel fantastico ad Angel. Molto sorpreso dalla qualità dell'hotel e devo dire che il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Breve viaggio dopo il viaggio in treno e prima del volo, ma lo consiglio vivamente, vicino alla stazione di Kings Cross.

Il prezzo è relativamente alto. Ho fatto il check-in tardivo verso le 22:00 e ho chiesto un check-out tardivo il giorno dopo, cioè nei giorni feriali, ma mi avrebbero addebitato un costo aggiuntivo se il check-out fosse stato dopo le 11:00. Sono rimasto deluso.

Sono stato in diversi hotel a Londra. Direi che questo hotel ha il prezzo più ragionevole e la posizione migliore. Le uniche cose che non mi aspettavo erano che almeno fornissero una bottiglia d'acqua e una pantofola... A quanto pare la moquette era un po' segnata e devo indossare sempre le scarpe... A parte questo, nel complesso sono contento di questo posto.

Non male, il riscaldamento era freddo e non funzionava nella nostra stanza, ma l'aria condizionata è favolosa, basta andarci in estate, a parte questo era ok. 7,8 su 10

A decent hotel at a good location with a walk to Angel Underground station for 5 mins. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Terrible hotel. Checked in, got to room only to find someone else in bed. Was told by receptionist that ‘there couldn’t be’!! Stayed two nights. On both nights first two items on menu choice were unavailable. On second night third choice was Nachos. Delivered to table without chilies, sour cream or cheese. So just the tomato sauce then. Apparently the chef couldn’t find the ingredients 🤦. Upon check out charged twice on card. Asked how stay was and told. Ignored. Never stay there again.

Great location and service. They allowed me to check in earlier than the official time and drop my luggage. Very accommodating and friendly.

Clean, spacious and friendly service. Fab location. Look forward to staying again. :)

Room was by the lift which meant no sleep outside of 12pm-7am.

The hotel is well-maintained and has great facilities. It is located at Angel and very close to the bus and train station!

Staff were amazing and attentive when issues arose. Booked the king size room which was large and spacious but that’s where the good parts end. - Air Condition did not work (Told reception when we got in at night and was given a fan) - Mini fridge did not work, so gave the food we bought to amazing receptionist - lamp in the corner was not plugged in, had to move the table from the wall to switch it on. - Bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly so you could see the residue of the last guests. Besides the amazing staff who helped and gave good local recommendations for bars and restaurants the quality of the hotel was lacking. Would not be staying again.

Good location

Very central location and quiet despite all the bars around there. Not the fanciest Hilton and small touches missing. We had a twin room. 1 pack of biscuits between us for 2 days lol. Air con was faulty - smelly and noisy. Did move rooms and slightly better but not a great hotel for my birthday stay. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows best ever! Big TV. Staff lovely.

Reception counter was very helpful and really enjoyed my stay there!! However, the cleaning staff only cleaned once although I stayed for 4 nights.. quite inefficient and slow..
