設施：這是迄今為止在英國🇬🇧住到的最有現代感的酒店，不同於其他英國的老式傳統豪華酒店，該酒店智能系統還是非常好用的，其他設施也很新。尤其是床墊，能讓你躺上去就能很快入睡 衞生：衞生沒得説，房間及公共區域都是乾乾淨淨的，無可挑剔 環境：環境有一種現代感與藝術感的結合，馬路對面就是倫敦海德公園，早上餐廳環境也很棒 服務：服務無可挑剔，工作人員從你辦理入住開始，到退房離開，全部服務到位，入住期間想去倫敦哪裡可以跟酒店説，他們會安排禮賓車免費送（全部奔馳S級或寶馬7系級別）。前台華人員工Victor也給我很好地介紹了酒店設施 倫敦非常棒的酒店，希望下次還會入住！！

美中不足的幾個點： - 浴室的推拉門不能完全合上，會露一條縫，洗澡時冷風會灌進浴室 - 空調衹有開關沒有風力的檔位調節 - 早餐出餐不太穩定，有時上吐司有時不上，服務人員也不會記名字和房號 - 挨着馬路晚上有點吵 - 到酒店門口衹通一條小巷，有時會堵車出行不是很方便

絕對的五星！比ritz好太多！真的是很貼心很用心的在服務！給了房間升級 入住給了香檳🍾️每天都能免費開一瓶 酒店真的很大方！

真的特別贊 房間很漂亮很新 周邊環境也很安全 出門就是海德公園 服務員的態度也非常好 酒店有免費的接機和送機服務 駕駛員也都很nice 聊得非常開心 比倫敦麗門的服務好很多 下次還住

First time in here ( newly opened few months ago ) I’m used to visit the Blue Bar at the entrance level of the Berkeley hotel, however as it is closed, the front desk guided me to this hidden rooftop bar on the ten’s floor. Enjoyed my Johnny Walker Whisky, with the very fresh roasted nuts and tasty green olives. Service are very professional Toilets are shiny clean.

I very rarely write reviews but The Emory deserves nothing but praise. I have stayed in numerous "luxury" hotels over the years (including Forbes top 10 etc) but it is rare to manage to execute exemplary service from start to finish and The Emory does just this. Louis from the guest relations team contacted me before my arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth and proactively arranged specific transport requirements for me. The doorman who took our bags to the room, personally returned later with printed details of exercise classes for my wife. It is clear that the staff culture is that each guest request is owned and delivered. We had a nice arrival patisserie, plenty of water and complimentary mini bar. Our Emory assistant (our butler) was Barbara. She had a great personality and was extremely helpful. Hopefully we are far from demanding, but our few requests were handled perfectly. The room is a nice size (especially for London) and everything is to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and sound insulation was impressive - we never heard any noise whilst staying in the room. Breakfast was nice with great service and presentation. It was my Wife's birthday whilst we were staying. Louis proactively offered to provide a cake and champagne for our room at a time of my choosing. This was delivered exactly on time and the cake was excellent. We also tried the bar. This has a great view across London, including the London Eye. The bar staff, Shimmy (hope I spelt your name right) and Veronica were a delight to hang out with and made great cocktails. I never gush about hotels, but I am clearly making a well deserved exemption here.

I stayed at The Emory for three nights and was immediately impressed from the moment I stepped inside. The service was exceptional, the views were breathtaking, and the hotel itself was both modern and cozy. The décor was stunning, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast at ABC Kitchens was an unforgettable experience, and dinner there was equally outstanding. I can’t wait to return to this incredible hotel!

Excellent drinks, snacks and service. Amy will make you feel at home immediately. Great place for drinks and snacks in the area. Beautiful new building and super practical location. Bar will make any drink you dream of. Highly recommended.

The Emory is the newest addition to Maybourne Hotels' impressive hotel portfolio in London. Emory is luxury at its finest. The hotel is a combination of notable design, modernity and aesthetics, accompanied by excellent staff. The room is cozy and the amenities are perfectly selected. The location is great, in a quiet area opposite Hyde Park and close to everything. ABC Kitchen by Jean-Georges on the main floor is the perfect end to an ideal stay at Emory. Thanks for everything!

As a traveler who has tried almost all of the most luxurious hotels in London, I can say that The Emory is definitely the top choice for those pursuing a life of luxury. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic. The chairs custom-made by Lora Piana are the most comfortable I have ever sat on, except for those at the Ritz Paris. After check-in, the key wrapped in blue leather is very distinctive. The interior of the building is warm yet stylish, and the toilets are very clean. Each type of room is designed by four different designers. I have vacationed at The Emory three times, and each time I can experience a different design. Room service is amazing, especially the meat sauce pasta and roast chicken. Josh, Dominic, Rosa and other passionate employees never make me feel lonely. They chat with me patiently and offer help in a timely manner. I am very grateful to them.
