I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a comfortable experience. Room: The room was very comfortable, clean, and a good size—definitely appreciated after a long day of travel. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near train stations, with a few convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. There also seem to be several bus options, which made getting around quite easy. Environment: The surroundings felt quiet and safe, which added to the overall sense of comfort during the stay. Staff: While the staff were polite, I found them to be lacking in warmth. There wasn’t even a professional smile from the main counter staff. In the hospitality industry, I believe a simple smile can go a long way in making guests feel welcome. Overall, it was a solid stay, but there's room for improvement in the customer service experience.

Located in the heart of Hoxton, the hotel is ideally positioned for exploring East London’s eclectic mix of galleries, cafes, and independent shops, while still being within easy reach of central attractions. Overall, art’otel Hoxton is a great choice for travellers looking for something a little more inspired than the standard hotel stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a creative yet comfortable base in London.

Great location, only 5 mins from the Northern Line station! Hotel is also newly built, under 1 year old, so everything is spick and span. For travellers coming from the airport though, it is better to get off at the Moorgate/Liverpool St Station on the Lizzy Line, as there are escalators that can take you to ground level. These are not available at Old St Station on the Northern Line. My room was also facing the city and had a wonderful view!

Great new fresh clean feeling hotel. Great spot in a busy area of town for going out. The gym is survival

Very nice place. Clean and private if you want it to be or a social hub. Quietest hotel in the area too with stunning views. Will go again
