ホテル自体はとてもできたばかりで。清潔入ったばかりの LED のホールには驚きました。とてもヒップでアーティスティックなホテルだと思います。 ボックストンエリアは今まであまり良いエリアだとは思われていなかったですが、再開発が進みとてもきれいになってきていると感じました。 バスの停留所がすぐ近くにあるので、市内に出るのもとても便利。観光場所気分で楽しく使えたのはプラスでした。 サービスに関してはフレンドリーでありながら清掃の時間が遅かったり、予約時のリクエストが通ってなかったりと、まだまだ改良の余地はあるかと思います。期待をしています。

I was waiting for the check in that my parents were doing and the lad at the reception named Mira started a convosation. She was very nice and i got along with her very well. She gave me restaurant recommendations and we spoke until my parents were finished. Her colleague Shaun was also really interesting and was very funny. I thought both of them were amazing and they definitely were perfect for their roles.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly, helpful staff which continued throughout the stay. The accommodation is to a high standard and they seem to have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We didn’t have dinner but had a high quality breakfast. We will definitely return

Excellent hotel - we were made to feel welcome from the second we walked in until we left. The guys on the door and the night reception chap were particularly welcoming and friendly 😊 oh - and a member of staff we saw in the lift even thanked us for staying! We were kindly upgraded as it was my partners birthday and we were absolutely thrilled with our suite and the special touches - thank you so much! Views were beautiful, and everything in the room was of excellent quality and so many details to make the stay very comfortable. The sofa was not for relaxing on though 🤣 The look and feel of the place was clean, modern and different. Loved the gym, pool and sauna too. We didn’t eat in the hotel as there was so much choice nearby, so can’t comment on that. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in London.

This was my first time in London with family. We stayed at Hoxton and will definitely stay again! The staff are super welcome. We had a studio room and they provided us a personalised welcome cards, kids amenities and treats! The pool area is nice and relaxing, kids enjoyed a lot! It is definitely 10/10

A fantastic two night stay. From the very first step into art’otel the professional and friendly welcome from all staff you encounter begins. Our room ,with stunning views, was wonderful and the freshly prepared breakfast was a treat. The bar with live music followed by a DJ created a great atmosphere. The pool, sauna and steam room was a relaxing part of our stay. A great big thank you to Hardik, Muhammad and Nicole who made our stay special. Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

Everything was fantastic! I had dinner with a friend, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our evening began in the lounge with live music, where Francesco and his team were outstanding, and we had an incredible time! In the restaurant, we chose picpoul wine, paired with aubergine schnitzel and truffle flatbread recommended by the delightful Jozsef! A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcomed. I can't recommend it enough!

The hotel is stunning, and the room 1123 had everything we needed or could have wanted. The ‘nowopen’ rate was incredible and on a weekend when Taylor Swift was in town, what a find….. My reason for the score concerns the front desk, which I believe is the shop window of a hotel. A hotel is only as good as its staff because they can make or break your stay. The hotel is very cool, however, the front desk frosty, and not particularly pleasant. They performed their tasks, as a task, we did not feel particularly welcome, or valued as a guest. We requested an early check in, knowing full well in London, it is highly unlikely so we didn’t even mention the request on check in, however to arrive at a front desk just before 1pm to be told “ you are very early “ seems a bit much, coupled with the general coldness and lacking of soft skills it didn’t sit great. There was a welcome drink which was a really nice touch, but then to be barked at on where to put the empty glass when we have never been before, took the fizz out of it. Pun intended. Given that is how we perceived all the staff, we opted to not use the bar or restaurant for breakfast, and ate out, but ordinarily we would have spent money over the bars before and after our evening, but decided against it. The room was lovely, but soft skills are needed when customer facing, as we do have a choice. The one in Amsterdam was absolutely on point, so it's not the expected level of service. It could so easily be 5 !!!
