Hotel vicini a Goldsmiths Company Pavilion a Londra

Il servizio era bello. Hotel AC non era abbastanza freddo. Era fissato a 73 gradi .... La mia camera degli amici era la stessa. La posizione era fantastica. Ho dovuto lasciare un giorno presto - non avrei ricevuto un rimborso (da trip.con o hotel) anche con la prova del volo precedentemente prenotato. E' stato deludente.

La posizione è davvero ottima, vicino alla stazione di Old Street con molti ristoranti nei dintorni. La camera è silenziosa e anche il personale è molto cordiale. La stanza in sé: non aspettarti troppo. È piccolo. C'è un letto. Nient'altro. Ho avuto un problema con lo scarico dell'acqua nella doccia in una stanza accessibile a persone su sedia a rotelle, che ha causato l'allagamento dell'acqua nella stanza principale. Presumo che questo sia situazionale e semplicemente sfortunato. Nel complesso mi sarei aspettato di più per questo prezzo. Non prenoterei di nuovo.

La pulizia giornaliera della camera è relativamente lenta, il cibo supplementare è diverso e il caffè viene integrato senza le caramelle al latte, il che è fondamentalmente OK

L’hotel è nuovo, ma dal sito abbiamo prenotato una camera che non rispecchia le foto. Soprattutto indicava la vista sulla cattedrale ma non c’è nessuna vista. Il personale però è riuscito a trovare comunque una soluzione e in questo sono stati corretti. Essendo nuovo ci sono sicuramente cosa da migliorare. La colazione è normale, e qualche scelta senza glutine. Comoda la posizione, vi consiglio a pochi passi dall’hotel uber boat, per girare la città in alternativa alla metropolitana!

I am not sure why the Cove has such a high rating, but for me staying there was regretful. I stayed for 15 nights and one of the primary reasons I chose this place was because of the amenities (washer/dryer) since I was traveling for just over three weeks and wanted to be able to address my laundry upon arrival from Amsterdam. I booked the large studio, which was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space and nicely planned. It was actually perfect in presentation. Issues arose quickly, as the washer/dryer actually would wash clothes, but the dryer component only added two hours onto the cycle and proceeded to drench the clothes with water, leaving them sopping wet. I thought I had done something wrong, so I tried again the next day, but it just repeated. When I contacted the front desk for help, I was told that maintenance was not working that day and that I should utilize the washer and dryers in the basement. After making the trek down there to do so, one of the dryers was broken and subsequently the dryer I used to dry my jeans was also broken after waiting an hour to see if my clothes were dried. That left only one dryer left and that was in use. Needless to say my day was shot dealing with all of this. The second issue was the bed, which was concaved and it was very difficult to be able to sleep. The only way to communicate with the front desk is by either going downstairs to them directly or through the Whatsapp, which is what I did. This was another complication on my day as I spent all day trying to get resolution; which ended up being housekeeping coming by around 4 in the afternoon to change all the bedding; which did help somewhat. They further told me that they would have the maintenance people come to fix the washer/dryer the next day. Despite indications that they did arrive the next day to fix the issue (because a rag was left behind), I was busy with my vacation and waited three more days until I tried to deal with the laundry issue again, only to find out that the problem was never fixed. They never communicated to me that something was done and I just assumed that it had been solved. Thus, here I was again one week into my stay and complained again stating that I was paying for amenities that I specifically wanted and that I was not happy. So they offered to move me to a full one bedroom unit the next day and assured me that they would make sure everything was operational. While the one bedroom was larger I do not feel that it was a better accommodation compared to the room I booked, except for the fact that the washer/dryer actually worked (Hooray!!!). There are some very positive things about this accommodation and that includes the heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, excellent heating and air conditioning, the size of the room and the location being easily accessible to three underground stations and multiple bus lines. Sono stata a Londra per un compleanno speciale e tutto e' stato veramente speciale ! Uno staff gentile e sorridente ci ha offerto un brindisi di benvenuto . La camera grande , confortevole e pulita . Il letto molto comodo. Il bagno con ampia doccia , biancheria sempre pulita e set di cortesia disponibile. Era presente in camera una macchina del caffè' Nespresso con cialde disponibili . La colazione molto ricca con ampia selezione di cibi dolci e salati. Lo chef disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste. Ricordiamo Andre' gentile e sorridente alla reception, Ecaterina sempre attenta a qualunque esigenza a colazione , Thomas al bar e Anik che ci ha aiutato con le valigie. Dieci e lode alla Front of house manager Monica, sorridente, professionale e speciale. Il nostro grazie va a tutti, anche a quelli di cui non ricordiamo il nome. Elena e Gianni

Posizione: tra Aldgate est e Whitechapel. Questo è un posto molto interessante. L'hotel è quasi la linea di demarcazione. Andando più a est, c'è una moschea nell'East London, il che significa che ci sono più musulmani nelle vicinanze ed è anche un quartiere ***. La stazione della metropolitana parla hindi. Quindi all'inizio non volevo andare a Whitechapel, ma la Elizabeth Line, appena aperta, è davvero facile da usare... A proposito, questa è la casa di Jack lo Squartatore... Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze come minimarket come Poundland e Tesco... Strutture: Non male, la gestione è rigorosa, tutte le porte si aprono con le chiavi magnetiche della camera... La lobby è calda e spaziosa e offre un luogo per l'ufficio e per le riunioni degli ospiti. La presa elettrica è molto comoda per il collegamento al computer. La stanza non è grande, la finestra è chiusa a chiave e non si può aprire, è un po' soffocante. Quindi preferisco restare di sotto, nell'atrio. La colazione era ricca e il personale era molto ospitale.

Il soggiorno è davvero piacevole, rimarrà. Buon servizio concierge, check-in e check-out senza saldatura. Molto pulito e buono spazio di dimensioni. Ospiti che sono dormitori leggeri potrebbero voler investire in facile plus, mentre il tubo corre proprio sotto.

Un altro soggiorno confortevole in città con il nostro cane che è stato trattato come una principessa di pellicce! Il barista consegnato alla nostra stanza contenenti bolle d'acqua dolce letto di wicker e tratta il Ned è elegante e divertente.I bagni e il bagno turco sono un grande ritiro dalla vita della città .
