I find spa days odd if this is normal. Maybe this is a me thing. £70 to sip camomile tea in a not very warm room with the lights down (I could have murdered a coffee but they didn’t “do” coffee in the spa. Coming from a luxury hospitality background and it being a high-end hotel, I would have thought someone might have offered me one); the jacuzzi again was not all warm and nice so my muscles still wouldn’t relax and then there is a steam room with eucalyptus. The sauna is separated m/f so i didn’t bother because I went with a male friend and the point was to chat… we ended up having more tea. There is no swimming pool but there is a gym. Fair enough if you want that. My starters had no flavour at all. The main was nice and right for the moment and my Irish coffee was delicious. The building wowed me and everything is in very good condition. Staff are down to earth, smart and friendly. The set menu was worth doing. I don’t know how this competes with other hotels but had the spa been warmer I would certainly have been happier. I feel £70 for that part of the day is money for old rope. When I think about it we spent about £20 an hour to be in a nice building and have a £30 two course meal. I think that’s quite a lot. The spa could do with some personality, warmth, music… having tables cleared more often (it wasn’t busy)… something other than going room to room in a towling robe.

Ottima posizione, camera fantastica e cibo delizioso. Piccolo problema con la pulizia della stanza, ma sono stati spostati in una nuova stanza. Ottimo servizio in tutto. Grida al personale della reception e alla hostess incredibilmente accoglienti in Double Standard, hanno davvero reso questo viaggio!

We booked a quick one night here after a day travelling so the location alongside St Pancras station was perfect and so convenient for tube and rail links plus a lovely morning wander around Kings cross and Coal Drops Yard. The entrance door was blink and you miss it small with a small reception lobby. However the common areas were stylish and we liked the black and cream design elements upstairs . Rails restaurant was gorgeous for breakfast and the outdoor bar seating great for watching the world go by. All staff were friendly and helpful. So far so good... but... We chose a Heritage King room described as spacious. Despite being one of the largest on the floor plan it was still snug. The bed was a double with no room for a king. The wardrobe had space to hang three items max with the space wasted on big shelves for the fridge and coffee machine so anything longer than a one night stay would prove difficult. This odd use of a small space continued in the stylish bathroom whose huge sink loomed over the toilet seat with the large shower cubicle leaving a tiny floor space for drying afterwards. Small details continued to detract - no-one had checked the tv worked and even after calling maintenance it stayed broken. Half the pumps in the soaps and shampoos didn't work so we had to unscrew them and dribble products out. The windows were great at shutting out the noisy streets below but the aircon felt anaemic even with a tepid English Spring temperature. The pantry was a cute idea but seemed to be just tea coffee and biscuits- with no executive lounge they could use these better with more generous snack themes like small sandwiches or scones for afternoon tea. Overall we felt this hotel was a missed opportunity to use the small Victorian rooms to create some luxury with a series of suites instead. As it stands, I don't think guests can feel the five star luxury in such cramped quarters which is a shame as the design style, location , dining and staff are all top notch. We paid £350 which felt a bit pricey for that experience. I can see why others paying £400-500 get upset, there's just too many compromises So dear Marriott please describe this boutique small hotel better on your website and watch those escalating room rates and your guests will be much happier

Hotel incredibile nel centro di Londra, solo una pietra gettata dal tubo e proprio al di là della piazza Russel. Le camere standard non sono necessariamente grandi, ma sono rimasto nella Park Suite che era spaziosa con una bella vista, un bellissimo posto in fiamme e un bel tubo da bagno 😀 Il colazione è incluso e può essere mangiato in due ristoranti, uno è la carta e l'altro è stile buffet. Servizio è buono con personale amichevole 👌

Molto pulito e comodo, i mobili sono molto nuovi e lo stile di decorazione è molto piacevole.La porta è un po' piccola, ma lo stile di decorazione del palco è molto inglese! Come viaggiatore di diamante elite con IHG, pensavo che le camere fossero date e potessi fare con un piccolo aggiornamento. cose semplici come gli estrattori USB, che sono abbastanza standard nella maggior parte degli hotel IHG, ecc. La nostra camera iniziale era al 5° piano e non ci era stato consigliato che l'A/C non funzionasse. Solo una nota per aggiungere - si può qui la linea del tubo se si è sui piani inferiori, quindi ricordatelo se si è un sonnoletto leggero.

Posizione davvero eccezionale per spostarsi ma piedi e ritrovarsi quasi tutto a pochi metri. E poi svegliarsi scendere ed essere a piccadilly circus non ha rivali😍 Le stanze sono piccole ma in fin dei conti si sta poco in stanza e comunque c’è tutto quello che ti serve. Ci hanno pure dato una multi presa perché non avevamo l’adattatore. Gentilissimi. Super consigliato

Il servizio era bello. Hotel AC non era abbastanza freddo. Era fissato a 73 gradi .... La mia camera degli amici era la stessa. La posizione era fantastica. Ho dovuto lasciare un giorno presto - non avrei ricevuto un rimborso (da trip.con o hotel) anche con la prova del volo precedentemente prenotato. E' stato deludente.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

Bellissimo hotel in una splendida posizione, personale così accogliente prima ancora di entrare, sono fuori sorridenti e ti danno il benvenuto, facendo il possibile per aiutarti. La reception e il concierge sono fantastici, i casi consegnati nella nostra stanza quasi istantaneamente. Il bar ristorante e il tè pomeridiano erano 100/100 torneremo sicuramente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa?

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia ottima per una città come Londra, dispone di stanze con bagno privato e non, i bagni in comune sono comunque sempre puliti, si può usufruire di asciugamani a pagamento e di un deposito bagagli, la colazione è opzionale, posizione ideale per ogni tipo di spostamento ... Tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.

Dovevo soggiornare da loro dal 26 al 30 dicembre 2022, ma a causa di un grave lutto in famiglia verificatosi il 23 ho ovviamente deciso di non partire più, il 23 stesso ho provato a contattare la struttura nell'unico modo messo a disposizione da loro, ossia tramite i social, io ho usato facebook, e dopo vari messaggi privati ad oggi (il 26/12/22) non ho ricevuto alcuna considerazione da parte loro se non un mezzo messaggio. Chiedevo solo se era possibile avere più tempo a disposizione per riorganizzare un viaggio (visto che consentono di modificare la prenotazione da 5 a 3 gg dalla data del soggiorno) ma non mi sono assolutamente venuti incontro... non mi hanno proprio considerato....a prescindere da termini e condizioni, non hanno alcun rispetto perchè non mi hanno considerato. VERGOGNOSI !!! I was supposed to stay with them from 26 to 30 December 2022, but due to a serious death in the family that occurred on the 23rd I obviously decided not to leave anymore, on the 23rd I tried to contact the hotel in the only way made available by them, i.e. through social media, I have used facebook, and after various private messages to date (26/12/22) I have not received any consideration from them except a half message. I was just asking if it was possible to have more time available to reorganize a trip (since they allow you to change the reservation from 5 to 3 days from the date of the stay) but they absolutely didn't come to me... they didn't really consider me... .regardless of terms and conditions, they have no respect because they didn't consider me. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al Pullman. Adoriamo la colazione, solo la pancetta è troppo salata. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicino alla stazione di King's Cross e alla stazione di Euston, fuori c'è anche l'autobus per andare al British Museum e alla stazione degli autobus di Victoria. Molto vicino alla biblioteca britannica. Può facilmente trovare M&S nelle vicinanze. Questo hotel non fornisce spazzolino da denti e ci hanno dato solo uno spazzolino da denti quando abbiamo richiesto ma abbiamo due persone. Nel complesso è buono. Consiglierò al mio amico.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al Pullman. Adoriamo la colazione, solo la pancetta è troppo salata.
