L'atmosfera e l'ospitalità erano fantastiche. E' una destinazione perfetta per le famiglie, soprattutto con i bambini. Il resort offre tutto in un posto – un parco acquatico, zona di gioco e un bel giardino da giocare. Il cibo era delizioso, aggiungendo all'esperienza generale. Molto consiglia per un divertimento e relax!

We stayed for 3 nights with Breakfast plan. The best part is we were 5 members, so they gave us 2 rooms - 318A and 318B, with a common door in between, so we all could be together in the same place and talk, play games etc. till late in the night. As it was a post Diwali week the resort was full. To our surprise the evening High Tea was complimentary for all guest. No exaggeration, the breakfast spread is no less than any 4 star property(live egg counter/south indian/milk cornflakes/fruits/cake/biscuits/tea/coffee...) Apart from cake and cookies, the high tea also included Ch. Kheema, next day was chat(4-5 options), next day was Pav Bhaji and Pakodas. I think we were lucky to get the high tea as it was Diwali time. The staff is very cooperative. They have children play area too which our kids enjoyed a lot. Super clean rooms and washrooms. They have a clean swimming pool and a very small pond with few fishes and 2 turtles. In spite of being right in middle of the city, the rooms inside are very peaceful and away from noise. Its a 5 star from me. I visit Citrus lonava. I took spa at there. Miss pavllavi in spa is doing very good. I feel good with palavi.... Thank you.......... I recommend this hotel as 1st priority... As like spa other service are very good like front desk and restaurant....

Il servizio era il migliore.. Il personale è amichevole. Il personale di casa Bharat e Hrikik hanno fatto un grande lavoro. Le camere sono spaziose. La piscina è grande. Questa è stata una splendida esperienza. La qualità del cibo e il gusto erano grandi. La diffusione del colazione era lavagna. Grande ospitità

Excellent hotel, very good cooperative staff. The hotel staff are very polite. Near the market. The hotel also has amenities like a big swimming pool, table tennis, and carrom. They have given room at a very reasonable price. Worth staying in this hotel. The room is spacious and has an extra bed. Comfortable for family Ample car parking space.

Recently visited  RRICHMOND HOTEL by Grand Vistara. It's a lovely property. They have 38rooms out of which 3 suits, 2 super deluxe, 33 Deluxe rooms. Theu havr in-house  Veg restaurant named as Reventa.  Bar and Restaurant lounge by Liquid library bar & Restaurant . Banquet hall with 250 person capacity and mini banquet with 50 person capacity. The hotel lobby is illuminated with a soft and welcoming light, as if it were a sunshine in gentle pastel hue. The hotel lobby has a clean efficiency, yet is welcoming all the same The hotel was the perfect array of homey hues, for they gave a sense of home away from home, of a place of nurturing safety. The room was as perfect as a fine English tea of small cakes. The rooms were every shade of luxury from the comfortable beds to the jacuzzi bathrooms. All rooms have a large marble bathroom, a double bed, air conditioning, an additional work area with free internet access and a walk-in closet. The staff had one of those smiles, and such a calm way of speaking, that he set the right ambiance for the meal to come. All the wonderful aromas of the breakfast and the coffee. the restaurant was all about fine dining.
