Hotel vicini a Pantai Mutung a Lombok

Sicuramente questo è il miglior hotel a Senggigi, o anche a Lombok, sia per servizio che per design. Si prega di provare la piscina e andare al club spiaggia sotto. C'è anche una galleria che vende cose come bikini, cappelli, sandali, ecc a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Kudos allo sviluppatore e alla gestione.

We wanted to stay in the city one night before our flight next day. Front desk ladies are lovely. No chance using the pool cos we just want to relax cos we came from Gili island. Walking distance to Mataram mall and many nearby local restaurants. Only cons is our room facing the main road so can hear passing cars but still a recommended hotel. and thank you for the birthday cake :)

La cosa che mi piaceva più di questo hotel era che era vicino al porto e alla città, ma a pochi passi da qui per essere pacifica. Non c'erano barche ancorate fuori dal fronte del patch di sabbia dell'hotel, era solo un paesaggio straordinario di acqua blu chiara e le montagne Lombok a distanza. La mia cosa meno preferita era le foto che vedete prima dell'arrivo non corrispondevano a quello che vedete quando arrivate. E' più corsa e stanca nella vita reale. Le nostre camere erano pulite e confortevoli ma non così belle come le foto. Alcune reti di mosquito sarebbero grandi. Il personale era carino ovunque, tranne che il divano frontale poteva fare qualche miglioramento, perché non mi sentivo benvenuto quando siamo arrivati. Uno speciale menzionato a Yuda sulla spiaggia. Era così carino e utile. Deve essere la persona più dura della proprietà, non si ferma mai a muoversi e a aiutare.

Hotel nuevo, espectacular villas grandes con vistas increíbles y piscina privada. Colchon, sofá y amacas muy cómodas. De sueño. Servicio excelente y comida rica, la zona es muy tranquila pero abajo hay una parada de taxis y en 5 minutos estás en el centro de Sengigi. El masaje en el Spa fue excelente. Lo menos agradable no tiene que ver con el hotel, sino que en la misma colina hay una mezquita muy activa con altavoces, no solo se oye la música de la hora de rezos desde las 4am (que tiene encanto) sino que se escuchan las oraciones y cantar durante horas y horas. Es difícil descansar y relaj**** así.

Siamo stati 4 notti nel Tropic Resort in Villa Susan con piscina esterna e piscina all'aperto e siamo stati assolutamente entusiasta. Posizione: Il Resort è a 2 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia sognante Selong Belanak. Il resort è perfettamente adatto per chi cerca riposo. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti molto buoni intorno ad altri hotel, mentre il ristorante della villa è anche eccellente. Chiunque voglia avere un giorno di più di turbolenze può andare a Kuta per circa 30 minuti. Ecco anche grandi supermercati e una vita notturna attiva. Per la villa: La villa è decorata in lusso e offre una piscina esterna e una piscina all'aperto riscaldata una bagno indipendente una doccia pioggia. La villa è assolutamente nuova e in una posizione di alto livello. La piscina è invisibile dall'esterno e si gode del 100% della privacy. Avete molti utili accessori come una griglia esterna, un fuoco a gas confortevole, un altoparlante che si può collegare al telefono, un donatore di ghiaccio, un frigorifero side by side, ecc. Per il servizio: Il servizio era l'estrema importanza della nostra permanenza. Ci siamo sentiti così benvenuti e ben alzati. Tutti i dipendenti hanno continuato a cercare di soddisfarci. C'è un gruppo WhatsApp dove si può ordinare il cibo o segnalare preoccupazioni. Il tempo di risposta è stato inferiore a 5 minuti. Siamo in viaggio in Indonesia da 3 settimane e avevano più alloggi, ma qui il servizio è stato semplicemente il migliore !

Le mie esperienze con la famiglia sono grandi in generale! Offre trasferimenti aeroportuali a prezzi ragionevoli e meno disagio di trovare un conducente. Tuttavia, è necessario prenotare per posta elettronica e confermare di nuovo l'arrivo, perché potrebbero aver perso come hanno fatto con la mia. Sono spazi in grandi camere e i miei figli amano la piscina così tanto! Non si può menzionare la spiaggia privata, dove i bambini possono nuotare o anche giocare a cantieri di sabbia, ma anche la piccola collina vicino a cui si può camminare con una piccola tassa all'ingresso per vedere il sole o il risalto. I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.
