There is openconcept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, large mezzanine andbathroom with whirlpool and access to the sauna. The whirlpool has bothmusic and lights. The furnishings in modern, tasteful, bright andfunctional. The living room is very spacious and bright due to the largewindows and high-vaulted ceiling. In order to ensure good air and keepthe energy costs to a minimum there is a air-to-air heat pump which alsocan be used as air conditioning. There is furthermore a brick fireplace.There are terraces facing east, south and west with views of thesecluded natural plot plus with good opportunities for finding asheltered spot for sunbathing or barbecues. A part of the terrace issheltered from the wind. Level lawn plot with room for ball games orplaying in the sandpit or on the swings. There is also a football goal.
