This was hands-down the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in. That was not a Disney World hotel. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and great. The beds were comfy. Shower pressure was great BUT it was one of those high bathe tubs, which my group found dangerous. We were a group of 66 on an EF tour. It was a mix of adults and teenagers. Everyone liked this hotel, the best. They are games for the kids to play and places to hang out in the lobby. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There is a fresh squeezed orange juice machine. The air-conditioning in the room worked very well. It was more like an American air conditioner, then that European one. The only complaints are that there is just one elevator, and that the pool is not open late.

This is a really great location to visit Chateaus: Chambord, Royale de Bloise and Amboise The rooms are good size and very clean. There is an onsite pool and many amenities particularly for bicyclists. However, the best part of the Brame is the staff. The owner, Charlie is incredibly helpful and friendly; an attitude that has rubbed off on all the staff.

Pernottato 3 notti, in quanto posizione comoda per visitare diversi castelli. Purtroppo fanno pagare in anticipo, altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati già la prima notte. Ogni giorno dovevo chiedere che mettessero gli asciugamani per il viso, perchè c'erano solo sempre quelli per la doccia. Bagno con lavandino spaccato, che ho segnalato subito, onde evitare che poi accusassero noi di averlo rotto. Camera molto piccola, nemmeno il posto per appoggiare i bagagli (noi siamo in 2, in moto, quindi pochi bagagli). Nessun asciugacapelli (per fortuna io lo porto sempre), letto scomodo. La prima sera, stanchi del viaggio, decidiamo di mangiare nel ristorante dell'hotel. Per prima cosa chiedo di sostituire i bicchieri, perchè sono luridi (cosa che sarà costante anche nelle colazioni dei giorni a seguire). Il mio compagno ordina hamburger e patatine e, quando arrivano, erano nere, sembravano fritte nell'olio vecchio di una settimana. Ovviamente non le ha nemmeno assaggiate. Io opto per un buffet a libero servizio. Quando metto l'insalata nel piatto, è completamente MARCIA. Chiamo immediatamente il cameriere, gliela faccio togliere dal bancone, e chiedo dei pomodori. La mattina dopo, alle 8, il contenitore con le bustine di thè ne aveva solo una, zucchero solo 3 bustine. Chiamo il cameriere e si mette a cercare nei vari armadietti, senza nemmeno sapere dove fosse la roba. Voglio mangiare un frutto e, sorpresa, pesche e arance MARCE. Sono allibita. Nessuna confezione monoporzione di marmellate/miele/Nutella, ma solo barattoli giganti con un cucchiaio dentro, e mosche che volavano intorno. Ultima mattina, quella della partenza, prima restituisco al cameriere una tazza sporca, e lui non fa una piega, come se fosse normale. Stessa situazione con la frutta marcia. Allora lo chiamo di nuovo e gli dico scocciata che quella frutta è marcia e non si può mangiare. Lui, seccato, mi risponde che la mangerebbe. Allora io gli dico ”allora se la mangi pure lei”, lui alza la voce e inizia a insultarmi, facendo gesti e dicendo che non mi andava bene potevo andarmene. Non vado oltre, lascio a voi ogni giudizio. State alla larga da questo posto. Se volete mangiare bene e spendere il giusto andate a Blois ristorante Poivre e Sel.

We stayed at this hotel from 12 to 15 MAY 2022. We have stayed at Ibis Styles hotels before and we like that they have better decoration and facilities than other Ibis. Everything was ok... Location, parking, breakfast, facilities, room with big window... But there was one problem... On 13MAY we went to explore some Loire Castles. When we went back to hotel, my partner noticed that his Chanel perfume was missing from the bathroom. In hotels, you leave toiletries in the bathroom and you feel safe about them. But the perfume dissapeared. - Inmediately we went to the Front Desk, where we told the girl in the Front Desk about the situation. She said they will make an investigation. Next morning, we asked a guy with glasses in the Front Desk about it, and he said they knew who has stole the perfume. It seems the day before a person from the outsourced cleaning services was fired, and using his words ”that was a bad person, so we thinks this person took it. We have contacted the person so it can return it”. Next morning it was check-out time and nobody knows anything. They said they were going to talk to their manager, Mrs Chartier, to see what can be done and for further research. We were contacted by email 2 days after that, when we were in Paris just about to leave France, where the manager said that in France you have to report this to the police.- So we did not have any time left to open our complaint with the police, as we were traveling to Spain next morning. When we came back from El Salvador we then realized that some souvenirs we purchased in Disneyland Paris were also stolen from the hotel. I wrote to the Accor Customer service corporate office and they said they were going to research and they responded today that they contacted Mrs, Chartier, the General Manager of this hotel, and she said that an internal search was conducted and no suspicious entry or breaking in the room was detected, and with no proof of the theft, the hotel cannot be responsible and they invited me to contact the local police to follow up. I am back in El Salvador. I will definitely not contact local police. I dont speak French and it was over a month ago. I am not looking for any money or compensation from the hotel. This was not a break-in from outside. This was someone from the cleaning service you outsource for that hotel that made the theft. Several of your employees at the hotel said that they thought that a person from the cleaning services, which was not a good person and was fired that same day from the cleaning company may have done it and that they have contacted this person to return the stolen goods. I understand their policy, but as a customer and as travel industry professional that sends a lot of customers to the Ibis franchise in France, we travelers lose the sense of security to stay at one of the Ibis properties, and that after we left, then suddenly nobody knows anything, specially the hotel manager, who was informed about the situatio

Our stay was off to a bad start as we were given a smoking room with disgusting smell. But we called the reception and they gave us another room and that one was perfect. From then on we enjoyed every moment. The room was clean, modern and spacious enough. The location of the hotel was excellent - walking distance to all the attractions and the bars / restuarants. The parking while not on site, was close enough and had good price. The staff especially in the afternoon / evening were very friendly. Fantastic value for money and a perfect hotel to spend a few nights in lovely Blois.

I had a smallish single room but it was comfortable and quiet. I sneaked a look at some of the other rooms and it looks as if everything has been refurbished recently. Excellent breakfast. Standard hotel fare but fresh and plentiful. All the staff were very pleasant. Very reasonable price, The location is well placed for visiting Blois and surrounding region. There’s a well stocked Intermarché 5 minutes away which has a good selection of wine and local products.
