It’s not a bad hotel and it’s not the best…rooms are not a bad size and the beds a quite comfortable but I found it to be a very noisy hotel, doors opening and closing all night, furniture moving around etc and the bathroom could do with been updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok not worth the price thou and the location was good not far to walk for food, bars etc

We were looking for a centrally located hotel within walking distance of the train station for our 3 night stay. The rooms were comfortable with a good choice of Breakfast Buffet each morning. We were initially allocated a twin bedded room which was changed as soon as we requested a double. We were able to walk to all the places of interest in the City on our list including the bus station for a trip to La Guardia. Just around the corner from the hotel is also an urban winery Bodega Arizcuren - definitely worth a visit. Our only disappointment was that on our morning of departure we had to check out before Breakfast started to catch an 0730 train to Madrid. We were told at Reception that a picnic breakfast was not available and they had no available kettle for our room - there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room - which meant an early start with no breakfast, not even a hot drink. As they offer a Buffet Breakfast it would have been very easy for them to place some pastries and fruit in a bag with a bottle of water for our departure.

The staff are nice and friendly. renovated lobby, nice breakfast area. The rooms are dated somewhat. The value is very good and can walk to the center of the city and the cathedral, shops & restaurants

I stayed for one night after a week in Logrono because I wanted to be close to the train station for an early flight. The location isn’t bad, still easily walkable to the heart of the city center. The staff who handled check in were unfriendly. The hallway and room were both very hot - when I inquired at the front desk I was told there was no AC, even though they advertise AC on their website. I requested they at least turn the heat down, they said ok, but again, not friendly and I don’t think they actually did it. The outside and lobby of the hotel are nice - the rooms are shabby and outdated. It was very clean though. The walls are incredibly thin, I could hear the woman in the room next to me coughing all night. At about 2am, a group of men came off the elevator and started knocking on someone’s door - repeatedly for about 20 minutes. I could hear it all. I was disappointed that breakfast (which came free with my room) wasn’t available until after 7:30, I left at 7. The man who handled my check out was considerably more friendly than the two who did check-in - although that isn’t saying much! I would not stay here again.

Lovely clean hotel in centre of Logrono a little dated but staff very helpful. Garage parking is very tight but secure.

Nice staff. I had a fast check in and check out. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Few anti-covid tissues at the room. It was quiet at night. The shower is may be a bit slippery, they should attach any rubber or something on the floor, just to avoid slips.
