Veniva in una vacanza di gruppo, l'appartamento era abbastanza pulito e le tole erano cambiate come necessario. Buona attrezzatura in cucina e spaziose camere e balcone. La nostra stanza era al retro dell'hotel lontano dalla strada principale e era piuttosto tranquilla. A 15 minuti di cammino nel centro per bar/club. Amiamo la piscina al tetto! Tuttavia, siate consapevoli che non ci sono ombre o ombrelle. Inoltre, siate consapevoli di dover pagare un deposito di 100 € al check-in in cui si ritrova al check-out. E anche la tassa, ma non era molto, forse come 15 euro. È anche necessario prendere tutto il tuo rubinetto prima di controllare, hanno controllato ciascuna delle nostre 3 camere mentre abbiamo controllato, quindi assicuratevi di permettere abbastanza tempo per questo se si sta ricevendo un trasferimento di coach! In generale, il nostro soggiorno è stato divertente e prenoterebbe di nuovo per un viaggio simile.

Abbiamo incluso il colazione e la varietà era grande, aveva tutto quello che poteva desiderare e ci piaceva il fatto che era servito fino a mezzogiorno. In generale, ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno e come il primo hotel che abbiamo soggiornato insieme all'estero è uno che non dimentichiamo mai! Grazie 😊

Ci è stata assegnata la camera n.503 vista mare,come richiesto, una vista da non dimenticare....la struttura è ben pulita e accogliente in ogni sua parte, impossibile non rilassarsi....cosa da non sottovalutate è lo staff,che merita veramente tanto, professionale e cortese....un plauso va alla ragazza alla reception (Evelina) che ci ha accolti calorosamente e professionalmente....una lode anche alla donna ai piani della nostra stanza che la rendeva sempre in ordine e pulita ogni giorno! Ottimo pacchetto all-inclusive, dal buffet ricco e vario agli ottimi drink che offre il bar, l'unico punto negativo ma non rilevante è la mancanza di un vero mini frigo in stanza con l'aggiunta almeno di acqua per chi ha scelto il pacchetto all-inclusive, mini frigo presente ma era un ”giocattolo” che emanava cattivo odore all'apertura e non raffreddava per niente le bibite all'interno, ripeto non rilevante,ma sarebbe una chicca rafforzare questo aspetto! Piscine e SPA incluse nel prezzo, abbiamo usufruito di qualsiasi cosa e posso solo dire che ci ritorneremo volentieri,bravi !!!

Pay no attention to the negative reviews! I booked this holiday in January while half asleep and after reading reviews I was worried. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. I emailed ahead to let the staff know we would be arriving late. I got a response quickly and was offered a cold dinner for arriving. I declined and was told that we can have a lunch any day we choose instead (we are half boars so breakfast and dinner) When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely, friendly and efficient staff member. I wish I had her name as she was beyond helpful. Our room was 315 and it was fine. 2 double beds, wardrobe space, decent bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, bath and fantastic shower. The down side was our neighbours. A bunch of rowdy English men who thought it was appropriate to create all sorts of noise on the balcony until 5am. I visited the reception this morning and was warmly greeted by the intern. I was desperately asking for a new room due to the noise which was no fault of the hotel. He quickly advised the experienced receptionist of my issue and I was given a new room. The reception area was busy with check ins and checking out but the red haired angel on the desk sorted me out promptly. I am beyond grateful. Our new room is bigger and has a sea view! The food at breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of choice and it's very fresh, we have been here 4 nights so far and no dinner have been repeated theres a vast variety every night. There are 3 of us and we have all enjoyed plenty to eat. My son (age 15) is particularly fond of the many pastries on offer in the morning. Every member of staff from reception, pool bar, breakfast, dinner and cleaning staff that we have dealt with have exceeded what I was expecting. The hotel is very big and even in mid October it's busy and they are doing an excellent job. For what we paid for this holiday the value has been excellent. The location is good just a few mins from the beach and and array of bars and restaurants within walking distance it is on a hill though so something to bear in mind if you struggle. There is a car park available for guests charged at €14 a day. The spa is small, must be booked in advance but has a lovely warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

We stayed at the Encantada for a week with 2 children under 12 and had a fantastic time. Check in was slow but the staff were so friendly throughout. Our room was clean and well presented with a sun veranda and very comfy beds. Our towels and bedding were changed daily and the general maintenance of the whole resort was perfect. We were half board, you can choose between dinner or tea by letting reception know each morning, we mostly opted for dinner becausewe found tea from 7pm too late for younger children. The breakfast was a general buffet style with weak coffee but we've come to expect this from Spanish hotels, however the dinner and tea were lovely every day, great selection of all cuisines. Some pre-made food wasn't hot but there was a bar cooking fresh meat and fish to order which was delicious. The pool could not be faulted, perfect for children with an amazing splash pool and shallow areas, we also found the pool bar to be reasonably priced for drinks and snacks (the coffee served here is spot on). The hotel is only a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops, supermarkets and eateries in the area. We can't wait to return next year.
