From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. Their recommendations for local activities and dining were spot on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exquisite dining experience. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. L'hotel è splendido, curato nei minimi dettagli e la camera è molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Anche lo staff è sempre sorridente ad attento a qualsiasi esigenza. Il ristorante offre cene a tema, che soddisfano ogni palato, e talvolta la sera è prevista musica dal vivo nell'area esterna del bar, in orari consoni al riposo. Inoltre sono previsti molti altri servizi quali piscine, spa, campi da tennis... Non manca davvero nulla. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza di 1 settimana in questo hotel. Forse l'unico hotel in tutta l'isola a non avere balconi quindi i teli da mare e i costumi bagnati li mettevo sopra una sedia ed era un disagio non da poco.L'aria condizionata in camera non funzionava. Ho avvisato il personale che gentilmente hanno provato a risolvere il problema ma inutilmente. Quindi una settimana di caldo infernale in camera. In bagno regnava l'odore di fogna, pure dai lavandini. Anche qui avvisato il personale per ben 3 volte ma non hanno potuto farci nulla... non volevo fare casini rovinando le così tanto attese vacanze della famiglia ma come minimo potevano propormi un'altra stanza dato la mie continue lamentele... La colazione viene servita sul tavolo senza una tovaglietta e senza un contenitoreper gettare i rifiuti, mangiavamo sullo sporco il che mi ha un pò disgustata ma mi sono adeguata all'usanza del posto. Ho chiesto una spremuta d'arancia ma mi hanno rifilato un succo imbevibile. Anche qui stendiamo un velo pietoso... in un hotel 4 stelle almeno una spremuta vera potevamo farla. Le camere piuttosto piccole, senza un armadio e lavandino fuori dal bagno. Meno male che ero con la mia famiglia altrimenti sarebbe stato imbarazzante. Dalla camera i miei figli potevano vedere quando facevo i miei bisogni in bagno ma questo è stato anche divertente tutto sommato. La piscina al quinto piano è piccolissima ed è alta 90cm ma una bella vista sul mare. Se avete fortuna potete anche trovare uno sdraio libero altrimenti state in piedi. Non torneremo di certo e spero di aver dato qualche informazione utile a qualcuno. Se avessi letto il contenuto della mia recensione da qualcun altro forse le mie vacanze potevano essere molto diverse ma ormai è andata così.

Hipotels Hipocampo Palace is my go-to vacation spot in Cala Millor. It's become a tradition for my family and me to unwind there during our holidays. Spaciousness and exceptionally welcoming, friendly staff combined together make it our top choice for family getaways, and we find ourselves returning time and time again. It's situated on the second line from the beach, offering proximity to the sea without being directly on the shoreline. The property is set on a large plot, surrounded by lush green trees, providing a natural and serene atmosphere. It comprises two main buildings, thoughtfully connected by a convenient underground passage. Right next to it you will find a bus stop with 401 line to Palma de Mallorca and A42 line that provides direct connections to and from the airport, as well as on-site parking for hotel guests equipped with electric car charging stations in the parking area. From the entrance we were welcomed by smiling and kind staff, in whom I am happy to recognize familiar faces, and check-in was efficient and quick. Our experience at Hipotels Hipocampo Palace was truly delightful. We were housed in an elegant suite located in the building adjacent to the pool, offering a stunning balcony view of Puig de na Penyal. The room itself was a haven of comfort, tastefully decorated and generously proportioned. Large wardrobes provided ample storage, while the spacious bathroom added to the overall sense of luxury. The highlight was undoubtedly the king-size bed, which guaranteed blissful nights of sleep. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in the daily room servicing, frequent towel changes, and the staff's promptness in fulfilling any additional requests. While the pool area, complete with plentiful sun beds, was inviting, we often found ourselves drawn to the irresistible allure of the nearby beach. The culinary experience at Hipotels Hipocampo Palace is not to be missed, making the Half-Board option particularly worthwhile. Breakfast, served on the terrace with its panoramic views, became a cherished morning ritual. The dinner service, extending into the evening (until 9:30 PM in summer and 9:00 PM in winter), is a gastronomic delight. The buffet boasts an impressive spread of appetizers, including fine cheeses and hams, alongside a diverse salad bar and an array of prepared dishes. The fried fish section, particularly the John Dory, draws the biggest crowds and comes highly recommended. For those with a sweet tooth, especially children, the dessert selection is a paradise of sweets, ice creams, and fresh fruits, available in abundance every evening. This resort has become a cherished destination for me and my family. We find immense satisfaction in our stays here, which is why we're drawn back time and again. This little hotel is a real gem - situated in a rural area, between olive trees, vineyards and fields, the former finca offers rooms and wonderful pool-villas. The villas are of a very good size, in a tasteful design and offer a terrace with view to an unspoilt landscape and offer a pool from the size, that you can swim a little bit. It`s quiet and peaceful. You can hear the birds and the sheep-bells in the distance. Special thanks to Evgeni. For us he is the good soul of the hotel for some years now. He is always there when you need assistance or for a little chat . Only the restaurant felt a little bit down this year. On a balmy evening they refused us to sit outside. We quickly decided to go to our italian restaurant in Cala Rajada (there you can always sit outside, even on a stormy March-evening). Suddenly we were allowed to sit on the terrace. Other guests joined us. We were treated a little bit cold for our non-complying behaviour on this evening. Normally I would reduce one point for such an incident. But this hotel is so lovely, I don`t do it.

L'hotel è vicino a uno dei luoghi turistici da fare (Drach Caves), quindi in termini di distanza di passeggiata dal luogo questo hotel è grande. Anche vicino alla spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi, molto conveniente sulla costa occidentale. Il bar offre bevande gratuite come regalo di benvenuto. L'hotel dispone di una sala da bagno, una piscina e un salone di massaggio, ben attrezzati. La stanza è spaziosa e confortevole. L'unico vergogno è il sito di prenotazione mostra solo belle camere di vista marina, ma la mia camera non ha alcuna vista (confrontata alla parete di un altro edificio). In generale, è ancora una buona esperienza.
