Their recommendations for local activities and dining were spot on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exquisite dining experience. This little hotel is a real gem - situated in a rural area, between olive trees, vineyards and fields, the former finca offers rooms and wonderful pool-villas. The villas are of a very good size, in a tasteful design and offer a terrace with view to an unspoilt landscape and offer a pool from the size, that you can swim a little bit. It`s quiet and peaceful. You can hear the birds and the sheep-bells in the distance. Special thanks to Evgeni. For us he is the good soul of the hotel for some years now. He is always there when you need assistance or for a little chat . Only the restaurant felt a little bit down this year. On a balmy evening they refused us to sit outside. We quickly decided to go to our italian restaurant in Cala Rajada (there you can always sit outside, even on a stormy March-evening). Suddenly we were allowed to sit on the terrace. Other guests joined us. We were treated a little bit cold for our non-complying behaviour on this evening. Normally I would reduce one point for such an incident. But this hotel is so lovely, I don`t do it.

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza di 1 settimana in questo hotel. Forse l'unico hotel in tutta l'isola a non avere balconi quindi i teli da mare e i costumi bagnati li mettevo sopra una sedia ed era un disagio non da poco.L'aria condizionata in camera non funzionava. Ho avvisato il personale che gentilmente hanno provato a risolvere il problema ma inutilmente. Quindi una settimana di caldo infernale in camera. In bagno regnava l'odore di fogna, pure dai lavandini. Anche qui avvisato il personale per ben 3 volte ma non hanno potuto farci nulla... non volevo fare casini rovinando le così tanto attese vacanze della famiglia ma come minimo potevano propormi un'altra stanza dato la mie continue lamentele... La colazione viene servita sul tavolo senza una tovaglietta e senza un contenitoreper gettare i rifiuti, mangiavamo sullo sporco il che mi ha un pò disgustata ma mi sono adeguata all'usanza del posto. Ho chiesto una spremuta d'arancia ma mi hanno rifilato un succo imbevibile. Anche qui stendiamo un velo pietoso... in un hotel 4 stelle almeno una spremuta vera potevamo farla. Le camere piuttosto piccole, senza un armadio e lavandino fuori dal bagno. Meno male che ero con la mia famiglia altrimenti sarebbe stato imbarazzante. Dalla camera i miei figli potevano vedere quando facevo i miei bisogni in bagno ma questo è stato anche divertente tutto sommato. La piscina al quinto piano è piccolissima ed è alta 90cm ma una bella vista sul mare. Se avete fortuna potete anche trovare uno sdraio libero altrimenti state in piedi. Non torneremo di certo e spero di aver dato qualche informazione utile a qualcuno. Se avessi letto il contenuto della mia recensione da qualcun altro forse le mie vacanze potevano essere molto diverse ma ormai è andata così.

A wonderful oasis of great facilities, service and relaxation. Couldn't fault it. Spacious and intimate at the same time. Set in trees on different levels with easy access to town and beaches if required. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was also excellent. For information, the resort and hotel was almost exclusively German travellers which we found a real travel bonus even as we seemed to be the only English speakers in the town, beach and hotel; others may prefer a more cosmopolitan mixture of guests.

L'hotel è un cinque stelle molto vecchio, con necessità di manutenzione generale e personale molto rude, assai poco gentile ed aggressivo. Un cinque stelle che non fornisce acqua di cortesia ai propri clienti ma solo una bottiglia di acqua per tutto il soggiorno, se ne vuoi altre sono 6 euro a bottiglia. Nel bagno manca il vanity set ed i prodotti come shampoo e doccia schiuma sono dozzinali e di scarsa qualità. Un 5 stelle che non fornisce ai propri clienti i teli mare e che ha alla reception personale che non saluta mai e che è palesemente scocciato ad ogni tua richiesta e che alza la voce se le domande poste non sono di proprio gradimento. Le camere sono grandi ma piene di crepe su pareti e muri, con finestre che si chiudono male e bagni vecchi, con lavandino non funzionante, portasapone ed accessori a muro che ruotano liberamente su se stessi e che si staccano; la doccia è nella vasca come nella casa della nonna, molto scivolosa e pericolosa (personalmente sono scivolato nella doccia cadendo e facendomi molto male). Essendo un resort a 5 stelle in prossimità della spiaggia dovrebbe consegnare senza problemi le salviette ai propri clienti come avviene in tutti gli hotel del mondo ma, per motivi incomprensibili, le salviette vengono ritirate e/o consegnate ai clienti solo nella fascia oraria dalle 16 alle 17, orario in cui la clientela è ovviamente fuori dall'hotel essendo in spiaggia o in piscina (che chiude alle 18). Al di fuori di questo orario ci si sente sempre rispondere di no, di ritornare il giorno dopo, che le salviette non le hanno e che non te le possono dare, di tornare il giorno dopo dal bagnino, e che le regole anche se senza senso sono regole ed inoltre il personale è davvero poco gentile, poco motivato, poco capace, rude, aggressivo, svogliato e non saluta e non sorride mai. La regola delle salviette non viene comunicata anticipatamente ma solo al check in e costituisce una forte limitazione alla propria libertà personale. Ottima la colazione in termini di qualità e di varietà del cibo, ma spesso nell'ultima ora di servizio dalle 10 alle 11 trovi parecchio cibo terminato che non viene più riassortito dal personale che si preoccupa solo di sparecchiare in anticipo piuttosto che curarsi del cliente. Spesso mancavano le tazze, i bicchieri, la frutta ed il cibo in generale ed alle 11 con la sala ancora piena di gente spengono le luci per farti andare via, e molti piatti e posate puliti erano sporchissimi. Esperienza in generale da dimenticare.
