Hotel accogliente e pulito camera silenziosa unico disguido e stato col mio passaporto che quando il ragazzo della reception lo ha scannerizzato si è dimenticato di restituirmelo . Pultroppo quando sono andato via me ne sono accorto e ho dovuto ritornare a riprendere.

We spent there 3 nights there. The location is good, the buffet breakfast also good. Sometimes we didn’t find spot to park because the parking was full but they help us to find a spot.

前台小姐姐給做了房間升級，空間很大，室內温度很棒，不開空調一點也不會冷，早餐符合預期也沒什麼特別中規中矩，位置距離高鐵站不遠，出行還算方便，旁邊就是吾悦廣場購物、就餐，總體還可以。很方便

入住酒店：前台姑娘態度挺冷的，也不會主動打招呼，什麼都是問了才回答。 二樓晚餐：酒店有四人套餐，想試試，但沒有單獨的包間，工作人員不斷的推薦168的自助餐，讓人感覺挺煩的。 三樓推拿：諮詢價格，姑娘態度不冷不熱的，嘴上説不客氣，但眼神不太禮貌。 離店大堂：兩位制服工作人員站在靠近大門口的地方聊天，看到客人也不會打招呼和微笑，衹顧自己聊天。 客房服務：工作人員值得表揚。 對於酒店的硬件設施很滿意，早餐也可以，其他方面，真的非常需要改進。

優點：設施比較新，旁邊有商場，交通方便。 缺點：1.前台服務很差。攜程下單衹給住最低樓層的房間，不給升級房型。説“房間很滿”，但攜程顯示景觀房有空餘。 2.前台要求先交五百多元的按金，同時先付五百多房費。歧視攜程會員，該酒店與攜程沒有合作誠意。 3.自助餐七點多就剩殘羹剩飯了，一個人還要159元。 4.早餐到了九點就沒啥東西了。 5.豆漿機喝到了異物，餐桌上的餐墊被吐滿食物殘渣，不換新，新筷子放在前一位客人用過的餐墊上，接着給下一位就餐的客人用，餐飲衞生差。

酒店地理位置很好，高速下來幾分鐘就到了，旁邊就是吾悦廣場非常方便，前台孫小玉服務熱情，升級了房間還主動贈送小朋友洗漱用品，房間空間大，視線採光都很好，衞生乾淨，好評。會推薦給身邊朋友[強]

非常非常乾淨衞生 ，清潔工作做的非常好 很多細節都可以看出 清潔工作人員的仔細認真 贊一個！ 前台的陳小姐很熱情周到 主動給升級了房間 。問了下退房時間 還主動給了延時退房服務 很貼心 ～ 酒店地理位置 好 到哪裡都很方便 方便停車 有充電樁 。 非常推薦。 美中不足的是 剛進房間有一股煙味 ， 開窗户 散了一下 就沒有了 ，問題不大 不影響我此次的入住體驗。 給五星好評 。 下次還會選擇入住。謝謝

在溧陽這樣的城市這家酒店已經非常好了。位置非常好，旁邊就是吾悦廣場，吃飯休閑都非常方便。酒店很新，各項條件都不錯。前台免費升級了房間非常貼心。停車也很方便，地面、地下都有停車場。早餐也很豐盛，就是結束的時間太早。雖然升級行政樓層，不過除了樓層高、有區區四瓶免費飲料酒水之外再無其他，稍顯摳門。建議在免費酒水品種至少加倍，或者有行政樓層待遇。缺點在於，衞生間淋浴房玻璃門擋得不嚴，漏水嚴重（見最後一圖）
