Hotel con piscina a Livonia

I usually like staying here because of the location, breakfast and ability to use the digital key from my phone. I usually stay here several times a year in the same room in the back of the hotel due to convenience, but this time there were a couple of issues. I always get a digital key so I can limit my interactions with others and often because I fly in really late and like to go straight to my room. Unfortunately, this time the digital key did not work on the outside door and this was very disappointing, considering I arrived at about 2 AM with all my luggage in tow. Luckily someone was going in at the same time so I was able to go in with her and the digital key worked fine on my room door. The second day though the same thing happened as I arrived about 10 pm and again, luckily someone was coming out so I was able to go to my room that’s night. By it being late both nights I just reported this to the front desk to get a regular key for the outside door and also to inform them that remote entry is not working with a digital key and they should have someone fix this for those that have rooms at the back of the hotel. I also had problems with my sink clogging and draining really slow. I reported this to the front desk and asked for maintenance, but they never came to fix it. The toilet is also still loose and needs to be fixed (this was also an issue when I came in October and it looks like no one has fixed this either). lastly I was staying for five days so on day 3, I asked for the bathroom to be refreshed and had to call a second time after waiting about 3-4 hours to have someone come. They were nice, but unfortunately I was again disappointed when I took a shower and there was still no body wash available. I don’t know what is going on at this location, but they really need to get it together.

this hotel was clean and comfortable, would recommend to other travelers. a little skimpy on the amenities, one small bar of soap for two people. not the usual holiday inn. restaurant was closed so don't plan on eating there. breakfast was ok but very limited selections.

Me and 2 of my kids are currently staying here because my 16 year old is in the Jr. Gold national bowling tournament. My brother who lives in Grand Rapids recommended this hotel and I'm glad he did. The 2 ladies who were working the front desk when we checked in were very friendly. Every day so far the one who checked me in has asked how my son did bowling which adds to the personal touch which I love. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool as well. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen in a hotel. On top of treadmills and ellipticals which a lot of hotels have they have a leg curl and leg extension machine, cable crossovers and dumbbells that go up to 45 lbs. and 2 benches. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rimasi qui per un fine settimana mentre partecipava ad un evento di volleyball nel centro di Detroit. Pagato metà del prezzo di rimanere nel centro e era solo circa 15-20 minuto di guida in modo che non fosse male. Il check-in era facile, la stanza era pulita e, sebbene ci fossero alcune cose cosmetiche che potevano essere riparate, almeno era pulita. Non poteva usare la piscina o l’area fitness, ma entrambi sembravano puliti dalla porta. Anche se ho sentito che la piscina era fuori di asciugamani e che c'era un sacco di acqua nella hall che portava alla piscina, abbiamo avuto un problema con il nostro frigo, ma hanno corretto questo per soddisfazione, oltre a quanto ci aspettavamo. L'unica denuncia (utilizzando così leggermente) è che abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'hotel entro le 7:05 per arrivare al centro di città in tempo e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile ottenere colazione prima delle 7:00 e era un appartamento ”no”. Vale la pena provare, come la maggior parte degli altri hotel sono molto accoglienti a questo e offro anche i bagagli pronti a partire per le partite precoce. Solo un'idea per il futuro, forse.

The room was clean. The bedding was fresh. The bathroom had been nicely updated with soap, shampoo, creams, etc. mounted on the wall, allowing more counter space. Plenty of towels. The room is rather small but with everything needed. For an inexpensive hotel, we were impressed with their attention to detail.

Le camere sono state pulite e molto belle, ma sono state aggiornate e ristrutturate. Il personale di Bistro era amichevole, e il cibo uscì dalla cucina, con ogni pasto vuoto immediatamente sbloccato. Il direttore di front desk Ashley ci ha aiutato stampando un piccolo documento che mi serviva dal mio e-mail sul mio telefono, il direttore di casa Denise ha immediatamente offerto aiuto senza essere chiesto, a un compagno di tavola che si è sconvolto sul suo cibo, E io potevo andare avanti e indietro sulle loro gentilezza, sempre con un sorriso e un grande contatto occhio. Il cibo era molto rispondente alle domande e alle richieste, e queste persone hanno una grande personalità e sono state ben addestrate. This hotel is a “Fair”field We just stayed. The hotel was good enough but nothing exceptional. The positives: it was easy to park and go in, the room was mostly clean but not totally, breakfast was ok, the staff were kind and helpful. The negatives: the air system was awful, our room was hot and muggy and we could get the air to ever properly ventilate and the windows are screwed shut, there was a pill on the floor which feels troubling in the hotel room, there was hair and dirty smudges on the wall of the shower, the sink drain was slow and I asked for it to be repaired and it wasn’t attended to. Also this hotel is constructed in a way where every door slam, foot fall and sound is audible. Mercifully people were quiet during our stay but we always knew when our upstairs neighbors were up and walking around their room. It’s a cheap hotel, it’s clean enough but you definitely get what you pay for.
