Hotel a Livingstone, Zambia

La struttura è molto attraente, con un'ottima struttura per il fiume e un bel ristorante. La piscina è un grande luogo per rilassarsi in un pomeriggio soleggiato, il ristorante e il bar hanno bevande refrescanti eccellenti, si stanno facendo molto occupati il fine settimana e con grandi gruppi, ma vedete perché una volta che vi siete accorti delle strutture. Oltre al resort è anche casa per safare, hanno molte opzioni diverse per viaggiare lungo il zambezi e cadute. Abbiamo scelto il fluttuare, la guida di gioco e il combo di crociera solare (Circa $180) e ha valore assolutamente! La prossima volta che sarò in città, si fermerà.

The team at Jollyboys is always friendly, helpful and fully dedicated to the customer. The place is absolutely stunning for relaxing or activities. Even the hostel kitchen has some equipment to use, which makes it easy to prepare a little breakfast. The mangos you may collect in the garden are an extra plus.

Abbiamo incontrato questo hotel, una sorta di coincidenza, perché avevamo bisogno di un posto per sette persone, e ci potevano accogliere. Ci siamo trasferiti molto. Prima una notte, poi siamo andati via una notte prima di tornare. La bagagli era stata conservata in sicurezza mentre siamo andati via (i nostri portatili erano in ufficio), e il personale era molto amichevole e di servizio, e vi sarebbero salutati con un sorriso grande, ricordate il vostro nome e andate fuori dal loro modo per rendere il vostro soggiorno grande. La prima impressione della ricezione mi ha fatto pensare che fosse un po' abbassata e vecchia, ma le camere erano sorprendentemente belle, moderne e spaziose. E la posizione è anche buona - anche se vicino alla strada principale, la stanza è alla parte posteriore, quindi non si sentono nulla da lì a notte. La piscina è anche bello. In sintesi: Non esitate a rimanere qui se si va mai a Livingstone. Il prezzo è molto buono (soprattutto il servizio!!) e sicuramente riceverà un buon valore per i vostri soldi!

Amazing friendly staff. We loved staying here and will be back. Food is pretty good. Staff were very helpful in arranging transfers and activities. Overall a really great experience. Can’t say enough about the customer service and how much we appreciated all of the wonderful people who worked at the hotel and treated us with such kindness and respect. This was also true of everyone we met in Zambia. We will definitely be back.

I loved and appreciated how close this hotel was to everything we needed, it was fun to walk around and still be within the hotels reach in case of anything. The place itself was so beautiful and green, you would think you're in a whole different place. I loved the nature aspect to it. The service was phenomenal, thank you to Joy, the receptionist, from the minute we got there she was kind and helpful whenever we didn't have something in the room or we generally just needed help. Couple things to note, I would appreciate it if they tried to work on their bee and fly situation. The bees were found at the restaurant area and frankly disturbed me and my friend(I'm allergic). Secondly I hope they can add more to their dinner menu. Breakfast and lunch are sorted, but the dinner part was limited to pizza(which we had to reserve earlier for it to be made. I loved my experience here, it would be my permanent place to stay every time I visit livingstone. And I highly recommend it for group and solo travel.

We honestly loved this resort. The hotel was well kept, the staff were the friendliest i have ever met. We could walk to the Vic falls everyday. There was so much at the resort, including animals, gym, Livingstone hotel is 800m walk, restaurants and even activity desks which we could arrange day trips with. I dont think another hotel would have been better in terms of value, and location. I thought it was better than advertised

L'alloggio Ngoma è stato un bel oasi a Livingston! Le camere sono confortevoli e la piscina è stata particolarmente bello. Caroline, il manager, ci ha preso in famiglia dal giorno un e ci ha assicurato che ci fosse stato curato bene. Abbiamo ricevuto grandi raccomandazioni sui luoghi per mangiare, per fare shopping e per avere autentiche esperienze culturali. Ci ha collegati con un buon pilota, Steve, che ci ha portati in tutto il mondo. Ken, l’altro manager, era anche molto amichevole e utile, e ci ha dato molte intuizioni. Ci sono state interazioni con Ken e Caroline, e il resto del personale, tra cui il personale della cucina e gli assistenti della stanza Naomi e Destiny, erano così gentili e attenti. Il nostro soggiorno nel Ngoma è stato in generale fantastico e siamo stati più impressionati dalla qualità del personale!
