"Got there to check in and they couldn't find none of our booking details our names or nothing but she was such a lovely lady didn't get the type of room we asked and paid for but she got us a room so I can't complain on the hotels halves trips behalf is a different story"

"But: 1. Water control in shower problematic. 2. Water did not drain in bathroom faucet. 3. Telvision is awkward position to see from bed, no other option available. 4. No cleaning dishes is possible since there is not soap or sponge. 5. If you do laundry on the 6th. floor, one dryer does not work and no fauchet to drain water from the dryer. 6. Window sound insulation not effective. 7. Hotel receptionis Marian from the Philipines is wonderfull, but so the other receptionist. 8. Rest of the crew we met were very nice. 9. "Check in was terrible with long queues even though we had used the online check in. Waiting for half an hour as each customer had to pay city tax and have all their details input into the computer and a wasteful A4 sheet of paperwork printed in another room, before being presented and stapled with door keys. During the wait there was a woman ranting and yelling at staff about her son who was accommodated in the hotel. She said that he was being allowed to **** ***** in his room. She was escorted out. Only one lift was working which was a pain as I have difficulty walking and was situated on the fifth floor. Lift stunk of ********. Hotel seemed to be accommodating a lot people that had unfortunately found themselves homeless. The room looked dated and the carpet was covered in burns from an iron. The bed was nice and comfortable and the linen was clean. The bathroom tiles were filthy with soap runs and greasy hands prints. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. Bathroom in desperate need of updating and deep cleaning. Bath was yellow with age and looked like it was installed when time began. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were adequate but the containers for the sachets of coffee and tea were very unclean and looked as if they are never rinsed out. There were cigarette burns and stains on the curtains. In general I was really disappointed. We had stayed here about 20 years ago and this is a beautiful hotel with chandeliers and grand decor downstairs. The place just looked neglected and run into the ground with minimal staff, very basic cleanliness and no recent refurbishment."

"Amazing experience at the Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village! Stunning lounge and room. Booked an executive room and we had ample space, great facilities, including coffee machine in room! Staff were very helpful, offering special packages that can be arranged for special events / anniversaries. Great views of the radio tower and cathedrals from Level 13 too. 5/5!"

"Hotel situato in un'ottima posizione per visitare Liverpool in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Stanze comode che vengono pulite regolarmente in modo impeccabile. Buona la colazione sia quella tradizionale che quella britannica. Ritornerei volentieri."

"Che grande apprendimento e posizione. Se stai visitando Liverpool, questo è il posto dove stare. Slap bang nel centro della città con tutto a portata di mano. Rimane qui e consiglia a chiunque di restare qui come si è fatto in ogni aspetto di bar che sarebbe sorprendente se avessero l'aria condizionata come è molto caldo nell'apprendimento. Tuttavia c'era un fan portatile che ha aiutato."

"The host was very welcoming and personally greeted us at the property and gave us a tour. We stayed in the bedroom upstairs where there was a TV monitor on a desk and further upstairs there was a double bed with ensuite shower room. We were able to park our car in the private gates parking at the back. Tidy and clean, had a very pleasant stay. Fridge and microwave available. Location is excellent and convenient, just 5min walk from the Anfield stadium. Definitely recommend this!"

"We booked a room in the Resident as it was near to Philharmonic Hall as we were going to a concert. The location was excellent, great bars, shops and a really lovely safe and friendly area. A short walk to the Dock area and everything Liverpool has to offer. The room was excellent, large, clean with the most comfortable bed ever! Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. Would one hundred percent recommend and without doubt return to stay again."
