Great night away for boyfriends birthday perfect for what we want.
Only issue was that I didn't have the code to get in and when I rang they had been trying to contact me through ******* despite me booking it through trip.com, staff were very quick to sort out the issue and get us into the apartment

Apartment 31 absolutely amazing, clean and very smart stayed for 4 nights Sunday to Thursday would highly recommend yes there is some noise from the bars but honestly wasnt that bad would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

I really liked the apartment and the location , the only thing was the noise, it didn’t bother me, I knew before I booked it that the area would be loud. For anyone interested just be prepared and maybe use earplugs

Was happy from the moment we entered the property. Nice and warm. Spacious. Great central location. Yes there is some background noise from Matthew Street (we were on 5th floor) but that’s to be expected. And everyone slept soundly. Few little bits here and there could make the apartment even better. But in short We will be rebooking!

I would really recommend this property. Very affordable, perfect location and the apartment was lovely and very clean. We had an issue with warm water on one of the days however this was quickly solved by the staff on reception.
Really positive experience and would definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing apartments.. right beside Mathew Street... Absolutely everything you need is provided. . spotlessly clean and comfortable...Will definitely stay again.

Location was great close to city centre but located right next to bars apartment was overall safe and clean and spacious

Nice, clean and spacious property. There is some street noise as expected but nothing major. Internal noise can be a bit loud from other doors banging and families.

The location of the apartment was great.
However, the noise was just relentless and yesterday ended at 0400.
Nothing you could do about it.
However, the one thing you could do better is ensure that pots pans plates etc used by previous people are clean.
I found most of the things I needed to use had to be cleaned beforehand.
