Express Inn and Suites

The front desk staff gave a great recommendation for dinner. I had to get up early to drop my husband at the airport and wanted to go back to sleep. They were very accommodating with a late check out. Beds were very comfy and the room was clean. The TV was very good quality with smart tv options. I didn’t try breakfast or use any facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a less expensive hotel on the southern side of Little Rock for our stay because it was going to be closer to the activities we wanted to do. this hotel is a dump. I can't even classify it as a budget hotel. It is worse than that. The building looks old. The building needs lots of work. We wanted a hotel with a swimming pool and based on the photos, it looked like they had a nice one. Well the pool was covered up and looked like it hasn't been useable in a couple of years. I could go on, but I hope you get the picture. Do NOT Stay At this Hotel!! Look somewhere else.

I do not recommend a Wyndham stay. Pay the extra money and stay in a better place. Pictures are not as the hotel appears. Roaches in the room. No central air. No one at the desk to greet or to say goodbye.

If your looking to save money while able to afford a nice hotel, Baymont in North Little is the place to go. They also, have a nice channel selection. Their parking lot stays clean and they also keep their landscape up to par. Will totally recommend to anyone.

Do not book the sheets were dirty and horrible staff they sewer issues room wasnt clean dont ever book here me and my daughter broke out in hives and the staff did nothing about it.. i had to check out early the smell in the hallways were of sewer water and it was nasty

The cost is inflated compare to the quality of the motel. I was expecting something like a Holiday Inn Express and it definitely wasn’t that. It was a side of the road moldy motel. The pool doesn’t look like anything I would want to use and I knew the gym was not gonna be a situation I liked so I skipped it which is a shame because it’s why I booked this particular hotel.

We stayed few days and this is great place. Don't judge from outside. Staff was great 👍 we will stay here again if we pass through little rock. Breakfast was also great. May be they need restaurant on site because there was no restaurant but over all great place

The hotel is very run down and needs significant investment, don’t be fooled by the low price offered on 3rd party sites The manager is rude and confrontational not what you want after a long tiring day driving The rooms are in need of refurbishment. The photographs are to say the least not a true reflection of the rooms and building.

This place make the Bates motel look like The Peabody. Instead of ducks walking on the red carpet they have crack heads walking on brown carpet. When I got to the hotel the swimming pool was closed. I asked why I was not informed of the pool being out of order. The front desk clerk said it was on their website. I told him I did not see it on the website (I checked the site and have not found that information yet). He offered a 10% discount. So I said okay, but then I noticed it was getting a little bit warm in the lobby. I found out the air condition was not working in the lobby nor in the hallway. So I got to the room it was really cold there. I was there for a bike rally, so I just drop my stuff and left. When I return that night I realized that I left my room key in my relative’s vehicle. I waited in the lobby for them to return. Once I got it the clerk began questioning me about what room I was in and since I left my card would not work and he had to re-key my card. At that point it began to be more of racial profiling because I was black. So I was like really, I left before and came back and my card worked find so why wouldn’t it work now? So we I gave him my card and he wanted to know the room number in which I gave him that information. The kicker is he returned the key-card back to me without re-keying. It worked just fine when I got to my room. Wow! The “Whiskey Tango Foxtrot” moment was when I drop my phone behind the bed. I tried to get it with no luck (tight area). I pull the bed back and looked down and there was a used syringe. What if I would have just felt for the phone? Son of a Baconator India Tango Charlie Hotel. Right where I was sleeping… My fellow brother and sisters in arms, no matter how hard it gets do not go to this hotels no matter how cheap the rate.
