A bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows!
I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.

Il servizio e la posizione erano perfetti. Abbiamo avuto un ottimo riposo notturno. L'unica cosa che abbiamo notato è che l'hotel ha davvero bisogno di essere aggiornato. Le porte mancavano di vernice e avevano ammaccature e sembravano davvero logore. A parte questo è un posto fantastico!

I had the pleasure of meeting Monica, who’s a representative/customer service personnel. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately I knew I was going to enjoy the stay. She’s customer service oriented, friendly, courteous, attentive and her personality is amazing. On two different occasions, I had some issues with guest staying in room 316 who was making an abundance of loud noises, and she was able to fixed the issue. Additionally, she assured me that my stay will be comfortable, enjoyable and pleasant being that I’m scheduled to be at the hotel for 10 weeks on business. I highly recommend this hotel because of her customer service qualities and friendliness.

Il servizio presso l'Hotel Capital è semplicemente il migliore di Arkansas. Il personale è altamente qualificato in procedure professionali e rispettose di servizio degli ospiti. La gestione/proprietà si concentra ovviamente sulla formazione del loro team per assicurarsi che i visitatori si sentano davvero come gli ospiti. Recentemente ho avuto un paio di interazioni con un manager che si chiamava Katie, che mi ha completamente svolto con la sua eccezionale intelligenza emotiva e il suo sincero approccio al servizio clienti. Ha davvero il “geno ospedalistico” nel suo DNA. Kudos al leader dell'Hotel Capital per trovare e assumere persone come Katie Perez.

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

UUtente ospiteI typically only review hotels that are either really bad or exceptionally good. This hotel is one of the best Hilton products in which we have stayed. I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I must say that this place was immaculate. The shower doors were spotless and look as though they were just installed, despite the hotel being nearly 2 years old. The bed was comfortable and sheets very soft. The heating/ac unit was reasonably quiet with no loud transition sounds. I love the little kitchen area with full size sink and dish detergent which allowed me to wash out the cups that we travel with. The staff, both evening and morning, were polite and helpful. The breakfast area is huge and brightly lit and, again, spotless. The hot breakfast was very good with a large variety of items from which to choose. We have been Hampton Inn devotees for years but Home 2 Suites may become our new go to hotel while on the road. The only drawback is their open door pet policy but we were assured that floors 3 and 4 are pet free. We have nothing against pets but suffer from dander allergies.

UUtente ospitePaid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

La stanza era come si aspettava, tranne che non c'era ancora nessun servizio in camera... doveva chiederlo, ma non ci hanno detto che al check-in. La stanza AC era in funzione, ma aveva problemi di raggiungere la temperatura impostata. I letti erano molto confortevoli. Il colazione, di solito è quello che mi piace sulle catene Marriott...la coerenza. Beh, c'era una versione ‘hot’ che aveva una cosa omelette involucriata, e un quarto di waffle involucriato. La omelette era calda e un po' soggia, e la vaffla era fredda, bagnata e soggia (sgozzata). La persona che lavorava nella zona del colazione lavorava la coda. Non c'era molto altro oltre il cereale. Quindi la nostra seconda mattina, in partenza dalla città, abbiamo mangiato il nostro colazione.

One of the reason it was so comfortable and welcoming was made possible by our desk clerk, Latonya. She is extremely friendly and welcoming!! I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Little Rock, especially if you are needing to visit CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, which is in walking distance from the hotel!!!

UUtente ospiteIl primo giorno la ragazza del dipartimento frontale aveva un servizio al cliente incredibilmente scarso, e noi eravamo ubriaco nella peggiore stanza possibile sul pianeta, in cui la porta non si chiudeva, e l'odore era ribelle. Grazie a Dio, lunedì, ho potuto trovarci una stanza più pulita e più bella, parlando con un gentiluomo molto più bello al di fuori del dipartimento. Tutto, il suo servizio clienti offset il suo servizio scarso, ma l'hotel in generale ha bisogno di lavoro.

PPatricia RoseburrowSono arrivato lì e ho dovuto aspettare almeno 30 minuti prima di poter ottenere la mia stanza qualcosa andava in avanti con il proprietario dei computer, mi ha ospitato invece di pagare i 56 dollari che ho pagato in precedenza, mi ha finito per pagare solo 38 dollari e che è stato buono Ma quando sono arrivato lì, c'erano roccia che stava sdraiando intorno al cibo, era fuori nel bagno cibo dentro la testa del frigorifero droga con costante colpo sulla mia porta forse mi sento incomodo, ma per il prezzo valeva la pena non potevi chiedere altro che loro Aveva una piscina profonda grande non c'era acqua in esso vorrei che la piscina funzionasse ma se non avessero una lotteria sulla loro proprietà la loro proprietà sarebbe molto meglio ma perché c'è un sacco di lotteria e droghe in corso, allora rende difficile e rende difficile le persone che restano lì a volte temono soprattutto se siete nuovi allo stato di Arkansas ma in generale per il prezzo tra 30 e 50 dollari le foglie erano pulite le tole erano pulite
