辦理入住前台沒人。差不多等10多分鐘前台才來。然後辦理入住，前台始終沒辦理下來。是因為我們住的房型沒有。説給我改到麻將房。我不同意怕吵因為我們出來的而且又帶着小朋友擔心睡眠不好。又在前台折騰折騰差不多十幾分鍾。然後前台又和老闆反應要不要給我們升級房也就是多了一個氧氣吧！最後老闆沒同意。然後前台有跑樓上給我們收拾房子。一去房間老闆剛從我定的房間才出來。房間正對電梯門。我查看我訂房要求不要在電梯口。老闆最後免費升級有氧房。其實也就差幾十塊錢。最近進房間牙刷和茶杯都少一個同時沒有茶包。

酒店位置好，有免費停車場，房間較大，整潔乾淨，藏式風格，衞生間乾濕分區。熱水很好。理塘海拔高，房間有醫用氧，隨時都可以用，吸氧後指氧飽和度很快上升，酒店還有電梯，真是太方便啦！老闆也很不錯，熱情周到。我們朋友一行十多人來理塘看賽馬會，對住宿都很滿意。附近有餐館，有個四川餐館綿陽菜很不錯，吃了三次。下次來理塘還住這裏。
