Hotel in zona Quinta José Pinho Playground, Lisbona

We stayed here while in Lisbon for 3 nights. Hotel is clean and staff were all friendly. It is a bit outside of the main tourist part of town however we were under 30 minutes on public transit to get there (1 bus, very easy to navigate and only 2€). Lots of good food and restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed ending our nights at the hotel bar, Paulo was fun to talk to and gave us a lot of great information about Lisbon and Portugal- thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Hotel 3 stelle situato ad un quarto d'ora dal centro di Lisbona con la metropolitana. La zona non è delle migliori Ma la metropolitana è vicina e comoda per raggiungere il centro e soprattutto l'aeroporto. All'arrivo ci hanno dato gratuitamente un upgrade fornendoci una suite all'ultimo piano, Abbiamo apprezzato ma onestamente, a parte la grandezza, la stanza Ed il bagno potevano essere tranquillamente classificati come stanza standard. La pulizia era discreta e l'arredamento un po' datato soprattutto il divano letto. Il bagno aveva la vasca con la tenda ed era fornito del necessaire. La colazione non mi ha entusiasmato, la stanza breakfast seppur grande era un po' affollata e i camerieri appena ti alzavi anche solo per andare a prendere altro cibo, sparecchiavano. Quando abbiamo chiesto il cappuccino, ci stato risposto che avremmo dovuto pagarlo a parte, tuttavia il caffè era presente per cui ci siamo accontentati di quello, anche se non propriamente di ottimo gusto. L'hotel dispone di una grande reception con divanetti e computer, inoltre è presente un negozio di souvenir oltre al bar e ristorante. È possibile depositare i bagagli qualora il check-in fosse anticipato o posticipato. La nota molto positiva è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale oltre alla competitività sul fattore prezzo. Mi ha lasciato una buona impressione.

Ho prenotato allo Star Hotel per il trasferimento di mio figlio perché aveva tre valigie ed è atterrato intorno alle 21. Ctrip aveva già comunicato con l'hotel che sarebbero passati a prenderlo all'aeroporto, però perché i bagagli erano direttamente collegati al terminal di Con il volo successivo, mio ​​figlio è andato direttamente in hotel. , sono solo tre minuti, è davvero comodo e vicino👍Mio figlio è molto soddisfatto dell'hotel e del servizio. Anche la colazione è buona👍Sembra che Star Hotel sia una scelta saggia per il trasferimento notturno a Lisbona.

Questo è il più soddisfatto hotel a cinque stelle che abbia vissuto in Europa. L'hotel di Lisbona è completo, così buono come l'hotel di casa. Ci sono piscina all'aperto, prato, ristorante avanzato, camere d'albergo molto grandi, nessuna spazzatura.Il personale di servizio è buono e piace molto questo hotel.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Amorevole e vicino all'aeroporto, un check-in tardivo, il personale era felice, e' venuta anche in camera mia per aiutarmi con la finestra, il manico era rotto, così non si chiudeva correttamente. Toaletta, sedile era libero ... Bella stanza, ma un po' di rumore stradale con finestra aperta. La colazione è stata grande e a €9.50 molto ragionevole, buona selezione e anche una fresca macchina per la spruzzatura arancione. Se avete un volo mattina presto, consideri seriamente questo posto. Nessun stress circa 10am checkout 👍

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Ho prenotato una camera doppia, ma la prima notte mi sono stati dati due letti singoli. Finché mi sono girato leggermente, l'intero letto singolo sembrava sul punto di cadere a pezzi. Per fortuna, il letto successivo è stato cambiato in un letto matrimoniale. giorno e la stanza era più grande, ma è diventato un asciugacapelli. È terribile. Sembra un aspirapolvere. Non si asciuga nemmeno se lo si soffia a lungo. Il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza sembra un antiquariato di 100 anni fa.Tutte le strutture dell'hotel sono molto vecchie e l'isolamento acustico è molto scarso.Ma è economico e molto pulito.
