Hotel in zona Mirante da Ajuda, Lisbona

State incredibili in questo ostello. Sì, è un po' lontano, ma tutto è pulito e tempestoso. Il check-in è possibile fino a mezzanotte, quindi questo è davvero utile e i volontari sono davvero carino come una famiglia ♥️ Non si può fare il miglior prezzo 🤙 Anche perché non siete nel centro della città si può dormire senza rumore e il check-out è fino a 3pm così Tutto è perfetto se come me non hai un sacco di soldi ma buone relazioni con le persone 😀

Questo hotel è in una posizione fantastica, proprio al monastero Jeronimos di Belem. Il colazione era incredibile - così tanto da scegliere, fresco e delizioso. Il letto di dimensioni re era comodo. Tuttavia, mobili e altri decori sono date e mostrano un sacco di indossamento. Il bagno, puro, era buio (è difficile vedere che si mette il maquillaggio) e le docce non sono molto facili da entrare e uscire da un dovete salire per entrare e scendere per uscire. Anche con un manico di sicurezza, è slippersi (e ho il bruno per provarlo).Il personale è stato cortese e amichevole. Sento che le foto sono belle come le camere sembrano.

Abbiamo cenato a casa nostra figlia a Natale e non volevamo tornare al nostro posto di notte, perché è lontano e pioveva. Quindi abbiamo deciso di rimanere a Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Alfragide, perché era vicino a casa sua. E questa era una scelta sorprendentemente buona, perché le strutture erano molto meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo: bella camera, grande, molto pulita, grande bagno, tutto bene progettato. Buona colazione. Prezzo equo. Molto consigliato.

Tutto magnifico. una struttura veramente magnifica, elegante nella sua semplicità. Nel cuore di Belém, a pochi passi da alcuni dei monumenti più importanti di Lisbona. La stanza era ampia, piena di luce, magnifico il balcone interno. Bagno comodo e completo di tutto. Personale attento e gentile. Grazie ai tram e i bus si raggiunge in pochi minuti il centro e la metropolitana.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Le strutture della struttura sono incantevoli. La piscina al tetto è un cielo tranquillo ed esclusivo. La vista dal mio balcone privato era senza problemi, la sorveglianza di 2 dei monumenti più importanti di Lisbona. Tutti i membri del personale sono così amichevoli e sempre sorridenti. L'intera squadra ha davvero fatto il miglio extra per farmi sentire benvenuto e a casa. Il colazione è stato eccellente. Questo è il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Molto consigliato!!

Dalla spa al personale alla struttura alla prima colazione alla pulizia al dormire bene mi è piaciuto tutto. Le stanza molto belle pulite con bagno grande e doccia grande. Anche se eravamo in tanti il servizio è stato molto buono

My wife and I stayed at the Pestana Palace Lisboa in October because I attended a conference on the property. Pros that I experienced: - The property is beautiful. - It had a full-service hotel with a highly professional and helpful staff. - Lush gardens on the property with tons of different plants - Indoor pool and fitness center - Nice room (clean, sizable, well stocked with coffee) - Great breakfast - Outdoor aviary in the garden - Walled, secure property (but not in a bad area) Things that looked awesome, but I didn’t get the chance to use due to the time of year: - Outdoor pool - Garden house (looked like a small café or bar in the middle of the garden area) - In-house bar and restaurant The only disadvantage, to my mind, was the location. There is a tram stop at the back of the property (you’d walk out the front gate and follow the wall to the back to get the tram or bus) …. Still, the property is on the outskirts of downtown. There aren’t many restaurants or cafes nearby. The trams/busses don’t run as often as downtown, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city center and even longer to the castle on the east side of town. In contrast, we stayed at an Airbnb in the northwest center of Lisbon a few days before the conference. Staying in town allowed us to wander through town easily and experience more of the Lisbon feel. If I were going again for pleasure, I’d probably opt for something in the north end of the downtown area again. If you don't mind the distance from most of what's happening in town then this is a wonderful choice.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Sono stata in questo hotel 4 notti.. Hotel molto bello e pulito .. Purtroppo poca attenzione per gli ospiti da parte dello staff.. Ho chiesto un pettine e sono riuscita ad averlo il giorno dopo.. Ero in piscina e un addetto mi ha chiuso l ombrellone lasciandomi al sole.. Nessuno che sia venuto a chiedere se si voleva qualcosa dal bar della piscina... Sono stata in altri hotel a 5 stelle.. Questo non lo è!!!
