Hotel fantastico!!!! Servizio clienti a 5 stelle. Sono rimasto così colpito dal livello di servizio a tutti i livelli. Ritornerei sicuramente senza dubbio ... molto attento ... l'ospitalità è fuori classifica. Deve andare, non rimarrai deluso.

Lisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet. The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks. Wonderful place to live,highly recommended

Nice Hotel! Excellent service! Especially Concierge Yasoja impressed me. Always big smile, cheer us up by his enthusiasm. Thank you for everything and he reminded me the bags that I forgot to carry with me when we went to airport. Yasoja is my angle, who gave me very good memory in Lisbon~

Nice room

洗手池很淺很淺，洗圓領衫時水很容易流到外面。這個酒店不適合長住，房間裏沒有晾衣服的設施，洗好的衣服沒有地方掛。房間的垃圾桶裏總能看見螞蟻。我住了8天，餐廳的食物沒有任何變化，每天就是那幾個菜。

服務熱情，酒店管理非常專業，Yasoja提供很多幫助，非常感謝度過了兩晚美好時光

酒店入口很小，比較難找，不是計程車或者開Google map自己找是比較難找的，還需要爬很長的坡，但是位置依然不錯，到海邊和廣場衹需要10分鐘走路，周邊環境很安靜，所以晚上休息質量挺好，check in時間4點卡比較死，不過來早了會先讓你去頂樓的露台喝一杯飲品，基本是可以俯瞰整個裡斯本老城了，右邊還能看到海景，就是沖這個露台訂了這個酒店；至於服務，看了很多點評都提到了同一個小哥，入住期間我沒有問名字，像極了印度裔，一直跑前跑後的，熱情到不行，體驗非常好，給我推薦了酒店旁邊100米左右的家庭餐廳，傳統葡萄牙菜，量大正宗還便宜，一個人旅行又社恐的就不需要下到商業區的餐廳吃飯了。葡萄牙稍微好點的酒店客房迷你吧都是免費的，不過唯一欠缺的就是客房沒有膠囊咖啡機，美中不足吧。

Hotel muy recomendable. Localización inmejorable. Habitación confortable. Staff muy amable y además tiene spa. A mi marido y a mi nos encantó.

全体的に清潔感もあり、 街の中心に近く、とても便利でした。 ホテルの方もとても親切で、値段のわりにコスパもとても良かったです！
