Struttura ben geolocalizzata, all’uscita di più metro. Nel centro nevralgico di tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. Molto cordiali all’arrivo e si può lasciare i bagagli al check out ben custoditi.

Hotel in posizione superlativa,capolinea del tram 28 a pochi passi,camere nuove,ascensore dal primo piano (quindi una rampa di scale )..da migliorare la colazione:basterebbero un tostapane è un microonde

Hotel essenziale, camera pulita, semplice e dotata di tutti i confort. Personale disponibile. Unica pecca, l'ascensore è situato al primo piano. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Posizione ottima, al centro di tutto e servita dai mezzi.

La struttura ha i suoi anni ma...li porta benissimo! In pieno centro storico...a 50 mt. dalla fermata del famoso tram 28...personale molto cortese...camere datate ma pulizia al TOP...bagno ovviamente PRIVATO...la nostra (204) esageratamente silenziosa...questa struttura a 2 stelle non ci ha fatto minimamente rimpiangere strutture più blasonate. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccezionale. ANDATE SUL SICURO! ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!

They did not have Hair conditioner or bar soap, no glass or coffee accessories in the room, no small amenities in bathroom, no Kleenex, q-tips, in room only one chair. Breakfasts were substandard, nothing hot, no toaster, pastries not so good since there is fabulous pastries in Portugal. The elevator was tiny, no mention of 2 flights of walk up before lobby. Staff was pretty helpful with maps directions and taxis. However, very centrally located to see a lot of the important sights.

Excellent service - we have stayed here before but the warm welcome was definitely appreciated. Lovely room, outstanding view of the castle hill. Room well presented. Only issue was the shower dial which sticks out of the wall by 10cm at just below face height which my friend fell onto after slipping in the shower which gave her a nasty black eye. It was partly her fault for being clumsy but also probably not the best design especially in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again but just take more care in the shower!

Great hotel in a very central location. For the price the room was great and I felt very safe there on my own. There was always someone on reception I’d I needed them and they let me into my room early which I was very happy with. Easy to get to the metro in about 3 mins.

Great location to Metro, bus and train and old part of city. Lots of eateries and shopping. Loved all the outdoor cafes. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Elevator starts on 2nd floor so a few stairs coming up. Staff will help. Would return.

The staff and hotel are very good. The area is very provincial, “hood”, and its residents are just living their lives 👍 The hotel location is EXCELLENT for quickly getting to ANYPLACE you want or need to be 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was good, but the following not so good - Room size was not great - shower was above the bath and the doors past the end of their serviceable life - grouting was black in places - shower took 5 minutes to warm in the morning - room was very hot, the air con was only minimal functional and dripped water on the items below it even after it was reported - not enough power outlets - yes a 2 star place, but the elements need to work to get a good rating

The location is very good. Breakfast is good because they have excellent variety of fruits, but it would be better if eggs were also available. Reception is friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of beautiful historical sites and delicious food options within a 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great. Our room (313) was a bit worn out. But it has a view of the Castelo Sao Jorge.

Excellent location. Very convenient to everything in Old Lisboa. The stairs inside the hotel were hard on my old legs, the elevator is 2 storeys above street level. Otherwise, the rooms are nice.
