È stato un ripiego perché l'hotel che avevo prenotato settimane fa e pagato qualche giorno orsono mi ha cancellato la prenotazione per overbooking. Sono però rimasto davvero soddisfatto perché costa poco, è pulitissimo ed in ottima posizione.

Abbiamo lasciato il precedente alloggio e vicino abbiamo trovato questa pensione modesta ma pulita e confortevole a due passi dalla metro e dalla fermata del tram 28. Unico neo le scale ma era specificato e sapevamo che mancava l'ascensore.

At one point they went into my room, took pictures of a small blood stain on my sheets and some leftover food, called the police and were waiting for me when I returned. They showed the police they had taken pictures inside my room without my permission, indicting themselves for a violation of privacy. The police informed me the hotel needed me to leave for "violating rules." I started recording on my phone and stuck it in my pocket. I happen to work for the US DoD and had some "sensitive" information I had left in my backpack as I had been assured no one would enter my room. I recorded a 1 hour argument the staff had with 6 police officers. The police officers asked me to leave and I refused. They knew they could not make me leave and didn't even know I was recording. I was able to receive a full refund of 1500 euros for my 30 night stay from *********** after sending them the recording. I stayed for 2 more nights then flew out. Beware.

This hotel is very tranquil with some nice amenities such as a garden terrace, comfortable bed and huge shower for European standards. The room was also very spacious. Housekeeping service is very professional. Location is close to many dining options,grocery stores. Walking distance to rossi square and the bullring.
