The Stadtoase Kolping Hotel is located in a rather quiet street with hardly any traffic, close to the Linz new cathedral and at a walking distance from the city center where most of the interesting and cultural points of the city find themselves. It's an excellent hotel having everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff members are nearly all of them very kind, helpful and friendly. One can get from the ladies working at the front desk all the necessary guidance to take as much profit as possible of one's stay in the marvellous city of Linz. In addition to that, they are always ready to give the best advice for the benefit of the customers even at the former's own initiative. The hotel parking is at the same level as the ground floor. Upon leaving the parking on foot through a door on the left hand side thereof as one drives into it, one finds himself at the reception area, what turns out to be very convenient as far as acceding into the hotel building is concerned, the more so if a heavy luggage is carried. Once inside, the fabulous atmosphere reigning in the premises is perceived. There is something special inside, something magical about which cannot be described but that sensitive people feel and thus makes them think that by choosing that hotel at least the best option has been selected. The room I was allocated is very nice and comfortable, as well as peaceful. I hardly heard any noise during the whole stay at the hotel, which was essential for the enjoyment resulting from visiting the mentioned city. The bed was indeed comfortable, its mattress having the necessary toughness for getting the adequate rest. The other pieces of furniture in the bedroom are also very appropriate particularly the table desk where I could get some work done. It's up to the guests to decide whether or not the bedroom is cleaned up on the days they deem convenient, which could be, by the way, the entire period of their stay. That's a great idea. By hanging the right card on the room door handle, one may have the certainty that while he is out visiting some interesting places nobody will enter his room and touch his belongings. That's very reassuring and besides it's extremely good for the environment. The breakfast is also excellent. Everything offered for that meal is of a high quality. The pastry and the fruits are very good and tasty as well as the orange juice. The breakfast room is decorated in such a way that the mere fact of being there makes one feel in high spirits. Owing to all the aforesaid elements, the time dedicated to having the stated meal can turn out to be a great moment and thus one of the best ways to start the day. The hotel concerned is therefore by all means a recommendable place to stay in Linz. The fact of lodging in there makes of course more pleasant the visit to that charming city. One would never quit that hotel once inside. Such a stay is absolutely an unforgettable experience which one is always wishing to repeat.

Temperatura della camera splendida Ci riposiamo proprio nella fredda camera dell'hotel Harry. Il clima è perfettamente regolato e silenzioso! La camera odore e ci sentiamo molto bene. Check-in con codice a partire dalle 20:00 era facile. Garage profondo ha molto spazio. La posizione è tranquilla. L'hotel di Harry è molto consigliabile.

We were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment. Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason. Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.

Hotel pulitissimo e molto comodo come posizione .camere e bagni immacolati . Colazione varia ed abbondante . Personale gentile e disponibile. In cinque minuti di auto si e’ nel centro storico e sulla riva del Danubio che sono posti che meritano una visita Alberto venezia

Come sempre, tutto era eccellente. Da ricevimento, dalle attrezzature nella stanza fino a un ricco buffet per colazione e, naturalmente, anche il personale sempre amichevole e precondizionato. Parcheggio attraverso l'hotel proprio parcheggio è naturalmente un punto più.

Kopfkissen und Bettdecke mit jeweils einen Fleck. Klimaanlage kühlt nicht (niedrigste Temperatur 19 Grad; erreicht wurden laut Display 24,5 Grad bei geshlossenen Fenster). Fenster lässt sich nur kippen. In der Nacht kaum Schlaf möglich wegen Hitze (obwohl außen kalt und Regen) und schlechter (stickiger) Luft. Am Morgen dann festgestellt, dass bei geöffneten Fenster und Zimmertüre ein Durchzug möglich ist. WC-Türe nicht abschließbar und nicht komplett verschlossen (man hört alles aus dem WC im Zimmer). Zimmer ansonsten sauber und mit modernen Design. Parkplatz neben Hotel mit Schranke. Jedes mal beim Herausfahren zu zahlen (jeweils Parkticket). 24 Stunden durchgehend abparken kosten 15 Euro. Parken nach 18 Uhr vor Hotel im Kurzparkbereich bis zum nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr bzw. weiter entfernt bis 8 Uhr kostenlos möglich.

L'hotel è nuovo e sicuro principalmente per gli ospiti del seminario. Eravamo li' con amici e colleghi perché eravamo invitati a un matrimonio che si è tenuto vicino. La nostra camera, una camera di famiglia, era molto spaziosa e accogliente. Ci ha solo disturbato che il bagno non ha un coperchio e che non si può mettere un sapone o un gel di doccia in nessuna parte del doccia, tutto deve essere sul pavimento. La purezza deve essere breve o essere stata immediatamente lasciata dopo aver fatto il letto, perché né il bagno né la camera stessa sono stati puliti e ciò con ogni garanzia. Il buffet di colazione era poi di nuovo assolutamente top, con molti frutti freschi e anche con una buona selezione. Se la stanza fosse stata pulita correttamente prima della nostra arrivo e durante il nostro soggiorno, avrei fatto una valutazione di 5 punti. Per il rapporto prezzo/prezzo sarebbe stato super, le camere sono molto preziose.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per una notte. Le camere erano pulite e abbastanza grandi. Per il prezzo non ci aspettavamo! Buono e relativamente economico parcheggio nel garage. Ci sono abbastanza parcheggi! C'era anche un minibar, che oggi non è più standard! La reception 24h è anche un vantaggio! In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

A parte la dislocazione delle camere, a dir poco “arzigogolata” tra corridoi, scale, ascensori, l’hotel ha tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno un viaggiatore d’affari. Ampie camere (con un’originale lavabo in camera e il wc e la doccia in uno spazio separato da una parete in vetro), ben illuminate da molti punti luce. La colazione è ricchissima ed ha un’ennesima originalità: l’affettatrice a manovella a disposizione degli ospiti per affettarsi autonomamente il prosciutto crudo! Ci tornerei senz’altro, posto che Wels non è propriamente un luogo turistico.
