Un piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare, in posizione perfetta per partire all'esplorazione dell'isola e del romantico lago di Costanza. Ottima la colazione dolce-salata a buffet. La Dame alla Reception è cortesissima e disponibile. La camera è ben allestita, il bagno con doccia è ai minimi termini di metratura ma molto pulito ed ordinato. (Mancano Bollitore ed Accappatoio, inclusi nella tipologia della camera; il minibar è desolatamente vuoto.)

This is a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location. I would say that about many hotels that I have stayed in. But this hotel had THE friendliest staff that I have ever experienced in my 64 years. That includes the check-in staff, the breakfast staff - even the chambermaids were noticeably pleasant and amiable. When, on a Sunday (stores closed), we discovered an urgent need for a product, they treated us like family and met our need promptly. When we left, I nearly thought I was leaving old friends. I know that being friendly is, for a hotel, just good for business. But not every hotel does it very well at all, and NONE that I've ever seen does it as well as this one. Highly recommended!

Stayed here as part of a group. The hotel is located on one of the main streets and is only 5 minutes walk from the harbour and railway station. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Lovely fresh bread and rolls. This is a small hotel with rooms on 5 floors. There is a small,rather elderly lift but we had no problems with it. We were on the fourth floor and we were occasionally disturbed by noisy revellers in the street in the period up to midnight and beyond. We had the windows wide open because of the hot weather. While we were there in early September daytime temperatures were up to 28 degrees so we had some hot and sticky nights. Lack of air conditioning a definite disadvantage.

Helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. Superior location to the ferries. We enjoyed the top room with an amazing view of the lake. I would recommend this quaint hotel to anyone venturing the area. The island is super convenient with train and ferry access.

Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich, gästebezogen und man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben und willkommen. Man spürt eine Herzlichkeit, die man leider nicht mehr so oft findet. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

Im Insel-Hotel Lindau wurde ich freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüsst und bedient. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Bedienung am Morgen ist so aufgestellt, dass es bei allen Gästen gute Laune verbreitet hat :)

Mein Mann und ich waren begeistert. Ein schönes, kleines Hotel, mittendrin in Lindau. auch für ältere Menschen geeignet, da alle Ziele sehr gut zu erreichen sind . Außerdem war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, wie wir beobachten konnten. Im Frühstücksraum herrschte die beste Laune, es hat Spaß gemacht. Das ,was ich mir gewünscht hätte, wäre ein besseres Kopfkissen. die waren einfach zu mini!

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit Freunden in dem kleinen, familiär geführten Hotel. Es hat alles gepaßt, man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl, nicht zuletzt wegen des überaus netten Personals. Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, alles, auch der Sanitärbereich blitzsauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück, erstklassiger Kaffee. Da waren wir sicher nicht zum letzten Mal.

Tolles Hotel mit extrem netten Mitarbeitern in allen Bereichen. Das Zimmer war groß, modern, sauber und die Betten waren wirklich gut. Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in der Lindauer Innenstadt. Sehr lecker Frühstück. Top Empfehlung.
