Hotel in zona Parroquia Nuestra Senora Del Pilar, Lima

L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente in un quartiere sicuro di Miraflores, a piedi dal Parco Kennedy, mercato Indio, Larco Mar, ecc. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era anche buono, un po' di tutto e frutta fresca di papaya per colazione!!! Ci avevamo anche pranzo e cena. La maggior parte dei ristoranti sono molto occupati e è un lungo aspettare, ma il ristorante dell'hotel era molto più veloce e conveniente. Le camere erano pulite.Forse un condizionatore per capelli sarebbe bello se lo aggiungessero. Molto consigliato.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

È stato un bel posto per trascorrere la notte. La stanza era molto più grande di quanto ci aspettavamo, era moderna, pulita e confortevole. Grande, sicura posizione e vicino al punto di pick-up dell'aeroporto. Hanno anche un sistema bello per lasciare il bagaglio dopo aver controllato che era bello. In generale, saremmo felici di rimanere qui di nuovo se siamo mai tornati a Lima.

My only complaint was that due to a transportation work stoppage we had to adjust our reservation. We were charged for our Monday return basically twice because we arrived early. The room was available and we were scheduled to stay that day. Staff could of been more flexible due to what was occurring. We stayed there for almost two weeks. This was our second trip to Ibis.

Regrese super gratamente sorprendida ! imaginaba que era lindo el hotel y con una ubicación buenísima pero nunca creí que tanto ! su Rooftop me encanto, sus habitaciones lindas, contemporáneas pero a la vez con ese toque de calidez y buenisimos los alimentos asi como las áreas vanguardistas .... ame vivir la experiencia de hospedarme ; cuando regrese a Lima me encantaría volver! felicidades a todo el equipo!!!

Sicuramente è una soluzione molto buona per Lima in centro. Si trova a 15’ a piedi dalla fermata del metropolitano Benavides, non è centralissimo ma neanche troppo lontano. Tutto ok alla reception, ho usato il servizio taxi e tutto è andato bene (20 usd aeroporto - hotel) Unico piccolo problema: eravamo in due nella stanza ma le asciugamani e il kit di cortesia era per una persona sola. Abbiamo pernottato per una notte

Ottimo hotel in cui pernottare a Lima. Servizio offerto al di sopra delle aspettative: camere ampie, curate e davvero pulite, personale davvero gentile ed educato. Colazione personalizzabile e di qualità. Consigliato per un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole a Lima.

L'hotel ci ha offerto una navetta che ci ha portati dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Il prezzo era solo 30 soli (meno di $10 USD). La stanza era spaziale e aveva gli elementi essenziali di cui abbiamo bisogno in un hotel. Mi sono svegliato alle 6 di mattina, ascoltando un grilletto. Sarò onesta, l'hotel è a Callao, che non è la zona più bella di Lima. La mattina che abbiamo controllato, volevamo andare alla Plaza de Armas de Lima. Il nostro ambasciatore di front office dell'hotel era così gentile - si aspettava fuori dall'hotel con noi per assicurarsi che fossimo protetti e controllava costantemente il mio telefono per assicurarsi che entrassimo nella giusta Uber. Purtroppo non parlo spagnolo, ma ho capito i suoi gesti quando diceva che il mio telefono poteva essere preso. Vorrei avere il suo nome. Quando siamo tornati all'hotel per andare all'aeroporto, il nostro manager ha tenuto il nostro bagaglio in una stanza chiusa e ancora una volta è rimasto con noi fuori per il nostro Uber all'aeroporto. Per un hotel a prezzi accessibili vicino all'aeroporto, l'Hotel Padama è certamente una grande scelta per noi.

The location is very good just next to airport. It is very convenient if you have a early flight. It is just 2 minutes walk from hotel to airport. Service is also good.
