Hotel in zona La Rambla, Lima

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti in famiglia, e abbiamo deciso di andare a questo hotel, perché ho una famiglia a pochi isolati da casa, volevamo visitare senza dover saltare su un Uber. L'hotel è molto pulito, le mobili erano in buone condizioni e il letto era super comodo con lenzuola e cuscini di qualità. La colazione era molto ampia e ci hanno fatto anche gentile colazione per andare la nostra mattina scorsa quando siamo andati all'aeroporto alle 4:30. Raccomanderò sicuramente questo hotel a San Borja per i visitatori che devono essere nella zona.

The worst hotel we stayed at Lima, the front desk people did not know what they were doing and also did not help at all, I had to go back 3 times because my door key did not work and the lady say “I will send someone to help, you don’t know how to used it” at the end the guy who she send took me that the key was not program right. I ask for where can I get some dinner and they toll me that they did not know. The next night we walk to the hotel bar, a guy a the door didn’t let us in because they had a private party. We seat at a mini lounge area to get some drinks - or it was what we wanted but we waited over 45 minutes and ask the waiter if we could order and he tolled us “my shift is ending but I will send someone else” we waited 30 minutes more and no one showed up. We ask the front desk if there was a place where we can go and get some drinks to what they told us that we could take a taxi to Washington Park.

Questa non è un'esperienza di 5 stelle. Claramente le camere hanno bisogno di una certa modernizzazione. Ci sono ad esempio solo fan e nessun coni di controllo della temperatura. La nostra camera da letto aveva solo una tavola accanto a letto. Quando cambiammo le camere le cose non funzionavano e dovevamo ripararle. Tuttavia il personale era molto utile. Il letto era comodo e c'era un buon guardaroba e doccia. Abbiamo avuto accesso allo salone, che era molto più piccolo di quello che ci abituiamo e serviva una selezione molto limitata di cibo e bevande, ma Oscar era un grande ospite e ha fatto tutto il possibile per migliorare la nostra esperienza. Abbiamo andato in palestra, ma molti di loro erano difettosi, ma una palestra dei tre aveva una rampa inoperativa, e tutti i treni incrociati non funzionavano correttamente. Abbiamo anche mangiato nel ristorante una mezza, ma di nuovo amichevole personale, e grazie anche a Clara, che ha capito che la nostra esperienza non era stata grande.

Grazie a tutti i grandi staff del Hilton Garden Inn per una splendida esperienza. Ho avuto un breve soggiorno di 2 giorni a Lima tra viaggi a Huaraz e Huacachina. L'hotel è stato abbastanza gentile da farmi diventare una suite sul 9° piano, sulla base del mio status, e la stanza è stata migliore della maggior parte del Garden Inn negli Stati Uniti. L'hotel era a pochi passi dal supermercato di Wong e da qualche ristorante, quindi non doveva prendere un taxi per un paio di giorni. L'hotel aveva un buon colazione e una buona palestra. Ma la parte migliore era il comfort della stanza. Avevo dubbi di rimanere in questo quartiere, mentre la maggior parte dei turisti si trova a Miraflores, ma mi sono sentito al sicuro e apprezzato l'ottimo utilizzo dei punti in questo hotel. In generale - questo è un buon soggiorno se si cerca un tranquillo e comodo breve soggiorno a Lima.

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perché ha tre camere e le sue recensioni. Tuttavia non è il grande hotel recensionato 2 e 3 anni fa. I punti migliori per l'hotel sono i dipendenti soprattutto Tanya. L'hotel è molto pulito e la posizione è grande. La colazione è al di sotto del par. Solo una tazza e una tovagliola a mano sono stati forniti in una stanza nonostante fossimo 5. La macchina espresso non aveva tazza o capsule da usare. Non è stata fornita una bottiglia d'acqua. Sento che la gestione sembrava possibile tagliare i costi.

Muy buen lugar , y cerca de todo. buenas Instalaciones y cómodo. Solo hay que mejorar los desayunos y que no cobren por limpieza , pero supongo que por el precio esta muy bien

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Selina era conveniente, dispone di Wi-Fi rapido e di un'atmosfera divertente. Abbiamo finito di viaggiare più con alcuni dei nostri incontri, così è stata una grande esperienza. I letti hanno cortine, che molti ostelli non hanno, quindi il senso della privacy è stato buono. E' proprio vicino a un Mercado, e l'alloggio ha un cinema. Starà a Selina's mentre viaggio a causa di questa esperienza.

Il livello di attenzione e assistenza clienti è solo fantastico! Camera da letto confortevole e tranquilla (#505). Suggerisco di avere una stanza di fronte al cortile piuttosto che di fronte al Graal. Mendiburu Street. Il pranzo è vario, abbondante e fresco, non il tipo standard di uova scrambled (da una scatola), salsa e patate. Ho scelto il posto a Mendiburu perché è in una zona tranquilla con meno traffico e è camminabile per Miraflores Centro. Naturalmente, il taxi per Miraflores Centro è solo 10 sole (circa $2.50).
