I stayed at this hotel when I first landed in Lima. I then went to Cusco and came back. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very clean from reception to dinning to the hotel room. They have theeee best breakfast. The juice and food is fresh. The bedrooms are superclean. The sheets, pillows and towels are fresh..yes fresh. I highly recommend this hotel

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre prime due notti in Perù all'Hotel Arte Lima ed è stato un inizio perfetto per la nostra tour. Abbiamo apprezzato il personale efficiente, il servizio clienti amichevole e goduto della tranquilla, pulita, spaziosa camera, comoda letto e deliziosi colazione. L'hotel boutique, affascinante, contemporaneo, si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, sicuro con siti storici, ristoranti (e un ”devo visitare” Gelato shop!), negozio di prodotti alimentari e scambio di denaro, tutti a pochi passi. Il nostro ritorno all'hotel, alla fine del viaggio, ci ha colpito davvero. Il mio compagno di viaggio si sentiva male, prima del giorno e, al momento dell'arrivo, si era gravemente malato. Non potevamo volare a casa per 4 giorni. Augusto e Juan Jose, i manager dell'hotel, erano assolutamente sorprendenti! La loro preoccupazione e il loro servizio erano molto al di là delle aspettative, entrambi uscirono dalla loro strada per aiutarci, con ogni bisogno, senza il loro aiuto, il mio compagno di viaggio non avrebbe potuto ricevere la cura che aveva bisogno. Il nostro apprezzamento e la gratitudine sincera a Augusto e Juan Jose e a tutto il personale per rendere il nostro soggiorno supplementare il più confortevole e senza stress, il più possibile.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful staff who arranged my transport to and from the airport with an amazing driver! Such a lovely guy. We communicated by the power of Google translate! I booked a legacy garden suite, which was a good size, clean and sumptuously decorated. The garden area isnt quiet as its adjacent to a sports ground, but it was still a nice place to sit, away from the chaos that is Lima's traffic! There was some sort of function at the hotel on one of the nights I was there - but I always take earplugs with me anyway, as no matter where I stay there seem to be elephants banging around in the room above me and people using their outside voices in the hallways outside the rooms. Its not the hotels fault, you get it everywhere. But the earplugs came in handy for both things! Oh to live in a world where people had an awareness of others! I ate in the bakery twice, nice, simple, well done food and a good service. The breakfast was of really good quality, with a chocolate fountain appearing on the Saturday! A lovely place to spend a relaxing few days after my hike near Cusco.

The hotel was clean, but there is a lot of noise from the street, They could not put me in a better room, I decided to move another hotel, they never give me a refund, they charged me full days. The location it's good, the attention was great, it's clean, I stay there at least for the past 8 years, however it's the 1st time I got a room on the 5th floor with a window to the street, it's a disaster, because the noises was in my room. The manager never want to help me at all, at the contrary was very nasty.

I got to qp Hotel after a 16+hour 3 Flight Marathon from YVR Vancouver BC to Houston IAH to Miami Florida a real dicey landing Wednesday Evening October 9 while Hurricane Milton was swirling a North East Path across Florida.I then got an Early Morning Red Eye Flight on LATAM Airlines from Miami down to Lima on Thursday October 10 2024.My Airport Transfer that I had arranged online was a no show on Thursday October 10.I had to then get a Taxi from The Airport to the Hotel from The Airport.I later find out that this was the first day of a 3 Day General Transport Strike in Lima.So I got to The Hotel at just after 7AM on that Thursday I wanted to check in because I was tired I don't think they understood that I had travelled over 8000+ Kilometers to get there.So after hanging around i got The Staff to store my Luggage I changed from Jeans into shorts went around &checked out The general Area got some Lunch and eventually was given Room 712 on The Seventh Floor.This kind of bugged me because on The last day Saturday October 19 I checked out very early & was picked up by a Cab at 6:30 AM to take me to The Airport for my Morning Flight from Lima up to Cancun.In other type Hotels including All Inclusive & Business type Hotel they've let me check in when I got there so I think this should've been a Trade off.Anyhow I was in a Smaller Size Room I think it was around 200+ Square feet that wasn't that soundproofed you could clearly hear noise above & beside you especially in The Washroom which didn't have a fan to get rid of the Steam in The Shower.There was a decent size Smart TV with YouTube & Netflix which you could change to English if you had YouTube/Google App plus a Small Clock/ Alarm & a work table+chair & lamp.This Hotel i think is primarily a Business Hotel that some Backpackers.I ran across some Middle Age German Back Packers there seem to use for brief stays overnight or 2 days while they're traveling around Peru.M y overall impression of The Hotel it's neat & tidy in a Central Location in Miraflores close to lots of Restaurants & Shops.I have stayed in similar types of Hotels like this in the past in Mexico which even though I prefer bigger All Inclusive Resorts serve a purpose.I think the other Traveler didn't get that this isn't meant to be a Fancy Hotel but a functional one it does in my opinion serve that purpose well.The Staff there are all friendly & helpful there's only one person on The Front Desk that speaks English.That said they had there Spanish to English Translator App & I used my English to Spanish App on my phone so we communicated easily & quickly most of the time.They also give a Free Breakfast in The Morning all The Staff there,Cooks etc work hard in a Small Restaurant Area to keep all The Guests happy & filled with a Breakfast, Scrambled Eggs,Toast,Coffee,Juices,Cereal,Fruits etc so yes they were upbeat,happy & good at their Job.There's a Gym Fitness Centre on The 10th Floor that I didn't check out & a Swimming Pool that's o

Situato a soli 3 isolati dal bagagliaio, molto vicino o a parchi e ristoranti di qualsiasi tipo, gusto e prezzo, le camere sono molto confortevoli e con tutto il necessario (anche frigorifero) per riposare e camminare per Lima, Il vostro buffet colazione delizioso e completo, se uscite di mattina ti prepara la tua scatola con cibo, ecc. l'attenzione del personale è eccellente, molto gentile e ti consiglia (se le chiedi) posti per mangiare...

Ho albergato in questo hotel per un giorno e una notte con mio marito. Il costo della camera era di 120 USD. Per il costo pensavo sarebbe stato spectaculare la camera. Era spaziale, aveva tre aree ( bagno, camera da letto e soggiorno ) la stanza è buona, ma non paga 120 dollari, per una stanza ”buona” Le pareti sporche, con le maniche da ogni lato e con polvere, Non c'era un muro che non aveva polvere ( Sembra che la sua pulizia è precaria ) il bagno, la tina tutto scolorito, con le maniche di sapone e per i tubi idromassaggio usciva un odore terribile. Inoltre, sembrava che avevano sistemato alcune lame del bagno e lo hanno messo in una lame di un altro colore (come se fosse un cerotto, sembrava orribile ) oltre il suo bagno non funzionava, doveva togliere il coperchio dal bagno per far passare l'acqua. Mi chiedo se sia un hotel di 4 stelle, perché i 3 stelle che sono stato non sono stati catastrofici come questo. Il servizio buffet di colazione, era anche ”bene” tutto questo freddo, secco e bruciato, ma il gusto era regolare. D'altra parte, il bene è stato che ci piacevano i dolci di cortesia che ci hanno dato per alloggiare e soprattutto il trattamento del personale molto buono , gentile, rispettoso, sempre con un sorriso. In conclusione l'hotel è vecchio, se è 4 stelle è perché offre servizi di spa, ristorante e il suo ****** ( che quando sono stato chiuso, secondo il suo comunicato è una chiusura definitiva)

Non so davvero cosa sia male con questo hotel, ma qualcosa non va assolutamente bene. In primo luogo, questa proprietà si trova in un'area di costruzione massiccia con rumore tutto il giorno. In secondo luogo, sembra che nessuno all'hotel si prenda cura del loro lavoro. Non c'è servizio da trovare da nessuna parte. Solo l'esperienza positiva che abbiamo avuto era con il cameriere Gerardo, che era l'unico, che sembrava piacere al suo lavoro. Tutti gli altri non potevano meno. In terzo luogo, le camere sono massicce e molto pulite, ma le finestre non bloccano il rumore e le porte del balcone non si chiudono completamente, il che rende la stanza fredda e umida. La zona non è per i turisti e non lo consiglierei a nessuno che viaggia a Lima.

Thank you very much to the great staff of the Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful experience. I had a brief 2 day stay in Lima between trips in Huaraz and Huacachina. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the 9th floor based on my status and the room was better than most Garden Inn's in the United States. The hotel was within walking distance to a Wong's supermarket and a couple restaurants, so it was nice not needing to take a taxi for a couple days. The hotel had a decent breakfast and a good gym. But the best part was the comfort of the room. I had doubts staying in this neighborhood as most tourists stay in Miraflores, but I felt safe and appreciated the good deal with using points at this hotel. Overall - this was a great stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable brief stay in Lima.
