Hotel con palestra a Lima

Il servizio era così grande come al solito dal receptionista e apprezzava davvero il calore e il sorriso di Stefanny. La piscina è una calda, così potevo nuotare in essa anche se era un giorno freddo. Le bevande e le strutture (caffè, lozione corporea, doccia corporea, sapone a mano, shampoo, carta di tessuto soft e spesso), sono comode, ci sono un caricatore USB a tavolo. È un posto molto conveniente vicino al parco Kennedy. Nota che non sono stati forniti panini o pannolini di cotone, torcia, capsula da doccia, ma sono a posto. Anche la sicurezza era molto buona, aspettava Uber la notte per strada e andava fuori aspettando con me solo per essere al sicuro.

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

Totally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

We have been pampered by Aloft hotel!!! Carlos from the front desk made sure that we will have a great time celebrating our anniversary in Peru! We were offered a corner room with great views and a special treat as well! The lobby is in level L. Breakfast was healthy and superb with lots of great options! The room was huge! Plus points to the shower which gives spa vibes, great choice of tiles and shower head! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you, Carlos, for making us feel special!

The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

Hotel economico bello situato in centro e camminabile alle attrazioni di Lima. Molto vicino a molti bar e ristoranti. Camera pulita e letti confortevoli. Controlla e controlla rapidamente. Il servizio clienti è stato molto utile. Colazione buffet è stata buona. Molto vicino al bus Stop dell'aeroporto. In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e piacevole. ?

Nel vecchio edificio dell'antica città di Lima, lo scenario circostante è molto bello, e accanto c'è un piccolo parco e una galleria d'arte. Dall'altra parte c'è un quartiere dello shopping e anche mangiare è molto conveniente. Anche se ci sono alcuni reperti all'interno. Il servizio è accettabile, ma la maggior parte dei dipendenti dell'hotel parla solo spagnolo. Se hai bisogno di aiuto, devi chiedere aiuto ai pochi dipendenti che parlano inglese.

Tutto sommato, una buona esperienza, una buona opzione per Lima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile e ben posizionato. Tuttavia, alcuni miglioramenti potrebbero essere apportati, come cambiare il soffione della doccia (va in tutte le direzioni, essendo vecchio e calcareo), le tende delle finestre avrebbero bisogno di una pulizia o i corridoi di un'aria fresca. Inoltre, l'insonorizzazione è estremamente scarsa: tra la porta della stanza e il muro c'è uno spazio di alcuni centimetri, quindi si sente tutto come se fosse all'interno e le finestre non sono della migliore qualità, poiché si sente tutto il traffico e i clacson fino a tardi. La colazione è piuttosto scarsa, le stesse pochissime opzioni ogni giorno.

Potrebbe essere meglio se avessero permesso di cenare al ristorante chiedendo la lettera e il cibo che avevamo portato fuori. Non l'avevano permesso e dovevamo andare al 6° piano. Poi la colazione buffet va bene.
