Words cannot describe our happiness to stay here. The service here is excellent. Whatever we asked, the receptionist always tried his best to provide us. He recommended to us the best places to visit in Lijiang and even brought us to the place! Thank you so much! We feel so welcome staying here. The inn is located at peaceful and beautiful Shuhe village. There are flowers everywhere. We are so in love with the whole experience 🥰🥰🥰 will definitely come back when we visit Lijiang next time.

Front desk is very very helpful, especially the staff who taking care of us - Xiao yu. She is very helpful in terms of ensuring our experience, our needs. The buffet breakfast is great, delicious food serve in a comfortable and clean dining area. The stay is very beautiful externally and internally.

Chill and cozy hotel The staff 小玉 was attentive with any requests during the stay. Overall was a nice stay with families Breakfast was nice and the staff in charged of welcoming guests during breakfast was friendly

Hotel ls ideally located in old town, ideal for exploring it. Premises has well maintained garden, rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast buffet is nice. Front desk people are very welcoming and helpful, especially “ Xiaoyu “ she organized out trips to snow mountain and Lijiang romance theatre show, her brother even drive us to the show. she made our stay very comfortable, we highly recommend this hotel. We will return again .

Incredible stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my hotel stay memorable. They have an outdoor cinema every night at 19:30. Only downside is the hotel is very noisy until around 23:00 at night and limited breakfast options for foreigners. 5 minute walk to Shuhe Ancient Town. Beautiful rooftop views and clean, beautiful environment and gardens.

Xitian Yueshang Inn (Alice In Wonderland inn): The hotel in Lijiang was a pretty and cosy spot. On arrival at the hotel, Xiao Xiao was asked to help translate for me. She shared her wechat, answered any queries even late in the day and guided me right through my stay. She showed me areas for a great meal and desserts and told me interesting things to do in the area and helped make the reservations. All the other staff were also kind and helpful. This really made my stay worthwhile and want to share my experience. Hope to be back again soon!

特別特別感謝管家小波老師，在這裏住了兩晚，第二晚還升級了房間，換了一個有陽光有陽台的大房間，因為出去玩的時候，不小心腳崴了，小波管家還主動給我們拿來了雲南白葯噴霧，很貼心服務特別周到，全程幫着我們提行李，真的是有求必應，服務滿分，就沖這個服務，下次來還會去住🌹🌹🌹
