My single bed mattress kept falling off even if I was just sitting on it. The fridge froze our drinks.

Whilst i knew it was going to be small I was still surprised how small it was. Would have appreciated a shower mat as water from getting out of shower made the lino very slippery. To be fair We could have asked for another towel. Also expected towels to be replaced as we put them on the shower floor as suggested. They were not replaced for our second night. Only one chair supplied really needed two. One waste bin for whole of unit and unable to fill kettle from sink - had to use shower. Other than the above the accommodation was fair and convenient and very clean.

This place is perfect for a quick stay or business travel. I always love staying at Ibis because they’re so affordable and the rooms are great!

This was in fact the worst hotel experience in a long time. Soap dispenser in Shower (there was only this one) was totally empty. The bedside lamp did not work, and could not be fixed. The other lights were connected on one circuit and were garish fluorescent lights. Sheets clean. Good towels. Beds average. Morning manager tried to help by offering free breakfast but fruit was sad and not fresh. The price was cheap but even too much for this terrible hotel!

My employee felt very unsafe and left and did not stay.

Paid for a breakfast bar $9 X 3 that closed at 9.30am. Was not informed this was the deadline. No refund provided. System ‘down’ on departure so could not resolve before we left. No one answers the phone, leave a message on answering machine, wait a day - no response, on repeat for two days (trying to book a parking space for our stay).

I requested a room with an opening window, apparently all rooms have windows, however none of them open. Not a big issue & was offered an upgrade to a larger, disabled friendly room which was appreciated. I know this is a Budget Hotel, but Budget shouldn't mean dirty. I've stayed in other Budget accommodation before & the rooms have been spotlessly clean, unfortunately not the case with this Hotel. The girl at Reception upon check-in was warm & friendly, but the entire Hotel was lacking a comfortable vibe.

The location was great if you go to sporting events. The room was tiny and a bit weird layout with showers only separated with curtain (toilet separated) . There are only 2 lifts available , so when checkout time we wait more than 15 minutes to go to the lobby.

Customer service was terrible. Multiple messages left with no return call. Finally got through & booked a parking space but when I arrived no parking spot booked so had to pay for council carpark a fair distance away. Room was tiny with dust bunnies behind bedhead, hadn’t been cleaned properly for months.

Nice place, closer to work. The rooms are small but you get what you pay for.
