After smooth check-in we were offered sparkling wine in the lobby to relax while staff gave us good recommendation to local restaurants. In the fresh room staff even prepared water, snacks and a cute bed for our little dog...so lovely. Breakfast was great and check-out felt like saying goodbye to close relatives. The stay was absolutely great, check-in was quick, the room was beautiful, the cleaning service during the stay was top notch. The minibar has a great selection and reasonable prices for a hotel. The breakfast was excellent with big selection. But what was a big problem are the TVs in the room. I would not expect a hotel in this price category to have an old TV in the room with only German and 5 Czech channels without the possibility of connecting a phone. I was even more surprised by the receptionist answer that even the highest categories have the same TV, which cost 120+ euro. I would still recommend the hotel, one doesn't just travel to watch TV, but I would like to watch something after long trip to Jested.

Ausserhalb: zum Zentrum 30min Fussweg oder Bus, was auf Dauer mühsam ist. Ehemaliges Fabrikareal, daher nicht sehr gemütlich, fehlt auch einOrt draussen zum Verweilen. Zimmer mit TV und Tisch, Kühlschrank. Gemeinschaftsbad pro2 Zimmer sauber. Kein Duschmittel und insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

Ci piace il servizio di Monika e Robert. La stanza era pulita e il servizio era bello. Chiediamo solo al proprietario di costruire più spazio per le biciclette e forse cambiare la logistica delle camere con spazio. Se si aggiunge il servizio di cena, potrebbe tenere gli ospiti dentro per più tempo. Il resto era buono e le persone di servizio erano grandi.

Apartament był świetny, szczególnie w relacji do niskiej ceny. Duży, łóżko bardzo wygodne, praktyczna kuchnia, dobra lokalizacja. Naprawdę niezły hotelowy standard. Blisko centrum, ale pod stroną górkę, także tutaj ostrzeżenie dla osób ze słabą kondycją. Jedyne co jest tragiczne, to sposób zameldowania. Na urządzeniu musiałem wpisać 6 cyfrowy kod, którego nie otrzymałem. Obsługa podała jakiś, jednak on nie działał. Skończyło się, że musiałem jechać 2-3 kilometry do innej hotelu po kartę. Na szczęście podróżowałem samochodem… Czytaliśmy o tym problemie wcześniej. Tym bardziej wydaje się to dziwne, że problem przez długi czas nie został naprawiony.
