Hotel in zona Leysin BIKE PARK, Leysin

Quality of this hotel well exceeded our expectation. The room is very spacious with good amenities and beautiful views from the balcony. Food served at the breakfast is great and we enjoyed dining at the outdoor terrace with fresh air and fantastic view. The hotel is located in the center of the village with restaurants and shops within a short walk. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot and it is as big as a small indoor swimming pool. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to meet and talk to the new owner who has made lots of efforts to make it an upscale property while still charge very reasonable rates. We are lucky to have chosen this hotel for our short stay in the village during this summer and will definitely stay here again for a ski holiday next time.

Sulla collina, dieci minuti a piedi dal castello, e in cortile vedo il lago di Ginevra.Il paesaggio è buono.Andare in città è anche conveniente, andare in collina al lato della strada, il bus è molto conveniente, andare alla stazione ferroviaria è anche conveniente, dopo tutto, il bus svizzero è super in tempo. L'interno dell'hotel può davvero avere due parole storiche. L'indirizzo è molto bello, il fiore è molto bello, il pavimento in legno è anche un servizio classico, la colazione è ricco e il caffè è fatto.La stanza è grande, apri la finestra, e l'esercizio del vento.

L'ambiente interno è pulito e la superficie è abbastanza grande da essere usata da due persone. Il bagno fornisce accessori di lavanderia e è facile portare fuori dalla finestra. Quando il tempo è buono, è molto bello.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno qui. Ci siamo trasferiti per 3 notti. Grazie al personale molto amichevole. La nostra camera era bella e aveva una bella vista sul lago. L'unica parte inferiore era una piccola bagno. L'hotel era molto pulito. L'hotel è molto centrale a Montreal. Il personale era molto utile e conosciuto.

Due to the recent name change which we weren’t aware of, we walked past the hotel without realizing it as the signage was so tiny! There’s ongoing Reno @ Lobby - which wasn’t a big deal. We received a warm welcome from the staff esp the gentleman (sorry, missed out the name) who was apologetic about the non-communication wrt name change etc. He proceeded to upgrade us and it was an excellent treat! The hotel’s location is absolutely fabulous- right on promenade, next to the lake. Beautiful awesome (day & night) view from our window. The bathroom, which seemed to have been recently renovated, is nice and clean but is a bit tiny. In room speaker was great! Complimentary drinks fm mini fridge. Breakfast buffet has good selection , even with a customized / on request egg station. A very lovely pleasant stay !

We booked this suite direct after contacting the hotel asking for room rates & availability. They suggested the suite would suit our family group (myself, partner & 2 girls in their 20s). They were right. The suite had a large room with king size bed, sofa / lounge area with TV & balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains. Another large room with 2 single beds & TV was great for the girls & we shared a well appointed bathroom with bath & shower. We were together but had plenty of space. Everything was tastefully decorated & super comfortable. We opted for breakfast at the reduced ‘book ahead’ rate which was good value, but would have been perfect with a hot option of bacon and / or sausage. The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the cog railway to the ski slopes. It had a good heated ski / boot room & free parking right outside the hotel. Staff are friendly & attentive. We booked reduced rate tickets to the Villars Spa which was lovely & a short walk away. The hotel provided towels. We enjoyed a meal in the hotel on one evening which was lovely & reasonable value with the included side dishes. Hotel & restaurant highly recommended & would definitely book again.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, a un minuto di distanza, e la gita è molto conveniente.In particolare, voglio visitare il treno d'oro di Chen, l'hotel è brillante e esterno,  La prima classe delle strutture della stanza,  I prodotti sono di alta qualità, il panorama del ristorante per la colazione è molto carino, la colazione è ricca e deliziosa . TV  La tenda è benvenuta  La frase del nome della persona che soggiorna è incoraggiante! Il personale dell'hotel, dalla reception  al cameriere, il personale del ristorante, tutto il bagaglio è la prima classe di servizio, vale la pena lodare, è perfetto! La prossima volta dovrò soggiornare in questo bel e comodo hotel!

Our recent stay at Villars Palace, while punctuated by several positive aspects, unfortunately proved to be a bad experience marred by very serious issues. Positive Aspects: Friendly Staff: The majority of the staff, including Zoe at Concierge, Daniil who helped us with check-in, the receptionists, and the luggage assistance team, were kind and greeted us with smiles. Breathtaking Views: The views from the reception, the Bar, and the 1913 restaurant were truly breathtaking, contributing to a pleasant ambiance within the hotel. Modern Renovation: The hotel has undergone a commendable renovation, presenting a modern and updated feel in most areas. Spacious Junior Suite: Our Junior Suite was generously spacious, featuring two separate bathrooms for added convenience. Quality Amenities: The towels, bathrobes, and slippers provided were of high quality, contributing positively to our overall comfort. Excellent Spa Treatment: The spa treatment my wife received was excellent, showcasing a commendable aspect of the hotel's services. Good Breakfast: The breakfast was satisfying and at 5-star standards, providing a positive start to our days. Convenient Origins Bar: The Origins Bar, offering free soft drinks and a coffee machine, was conveniently located near our room, proving to be a practical amenity. Issues Encountered: Hygiene: We found several pieces of hair in our bed upon entering the room, an issue that should never be overlooked in a reputable hotel. Security Concerns: When we returned to the hotel on the second day, we found our door wide open, and the room card missing, posing a serious security risk to our belongings. Technical Issues: Both heaters in our room didn't work, leading to multiple calls to the reception and a prolonged visit from a technician. Miserable Christmas Eve Dinner: The Christmas Eve dinner lacked festive elements, including decoration, appropriate lighting, and suitable music. The buffet lacked essential options like beef, pork, and vegetables. Poor Food Quality at the Bar: Overpriced food with subpar quality at the Bar, exemplified by my wife's untouched Caesar's salad due to dry and overcooked chicken. Lack of Apology Gesture: Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the reception, we only received reassurances that future occurrences would be prevented. 2-hour Delay for Room Service: On our last day and after receiving the aforementioned reassurances, our room service order experienced a huge delay, taking exactly 2 hours to arrive. In conclusion, while we appreciate the positive aspects of our stay, the serious issues we encountered, coupled with the lack of acknowledgment from the hotel, overshadow everything. Spending almost 3,000 Euros for a 3-day stay, we expected a premium experience but were met with a very problematic stay. Any promises of a better experience in the future hold little value, as a trip to Switzerland is not so easy for us, and our next visit would likely involve exploring other intere
