Il servizio è davvero ottimo qui così come la pulizia. La camera è davvero spaziosa, non sembra angusta come altri motel/ hotel in cui sono stato. Un'altra cosa che mi è piaciuta di questo posto è che al terzo piano c'è una lavanderia per gli ospiti dove usi le macchine per un certo numero di quarti e devi portare il tuo detersivo. A causa del COVID-19 servono la colazione in sacchetti di carta che sono disponibili tra le 6 e le 9 del mattino, la colazione è una banana, una bottiglia d'acqua e una barretta NutriGrain. Nel complesso, il soggiorno qui a Springhill Suties è stato davvero fantastico, tutti erano cordiali ed efficienti, la prossima volta che tornerò a Lexington prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo in questo posto.

Facilemente una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che ho avuto. Ho dovuto prenotare l'hotel in un pinch quando l'altro hotel che ho prenotato attraverso trip.com non aveva energia quando mi sono presentato per il mio soggiorno. Il personale e l'alloggio sono eccellenti. Tutti erano d'aiuto e amicizia. Le camere erano molto comode. Certo che avrei prenotato di nuovo.

My 17 yo grandson and I stayed at this hotel 6/9-12. I have stayed at Fairfield Inns for years and never had a bad experience until this one. First, we were booked into a handicap accessible room, with no reason given as I didn’t request that. So, no bathtub and I prefer taking baths. Then, when the air conditioner cycled on, it sounded like a jet engine. I went to the front desk and requested to be moved, but no suitable rooms were available. The desk clerk filled out a maintenance form and said the maintenance man would fix this the next day. In the meantime, he suggested we turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open “as it was going to be a mild night” This is what we did as fortunately it wasn’t too hot that day. Then when we tried to connect to the hotel WiFi network, it showed we were connected but neither of our phones, lap top or IPad would connect as it kept giving us message it was “an unsecured network “. We tried to call the front desk but the room phone didn’t work. My grandson went the front desk and the clerk gave him number to hotel to call on our cell phones if we needed anything and said maybe internet connection was poor due to location of our room. Then, we had to be careful flushing the toilet as the handle was so loose. We also reported this. We come back the next day after being gone, the air conditioner is still not fixed, the phone is , handle on toilet may have been tightened but beds aren’t made up, I had to go down to get more towels as our original ones had been used to wipe up water on bathroom floor from the shower (this is a walk in shower so even with bath mat, water on the floor). We sleep a 2nd night with the window open. The desk clerk this night did contact manager and get $100 credit on our original bill of $761 for 3 nights. Still unable to connect any device to internet. Come back after being gone next day, air conditioner still not fixed. We sleep with windows open a 3rd night. Beds are made, trash emptied. Women’s restroom by the pool out of order, fitness room closed. When we check out the morning of the 12th, the desk clerk mentions the maintenance man never came in at all. We didn’t try a different hotel as there was a large baseball tournament in town, an Elks gathering, etc., and I’d tried at least 3 hotels before getting reservations at this one. I have upcoming reservations on 2 occasions at a Fairfield Inn. Am certainly hoping this was a one time fiasco.

Best hotel customer service I've ever had. The hotel room was fine enough, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hot tub was broken..The customer service was one of a kind. This hotel, especially the morning driver went above and beyond in many ways. I wish these folks could be cloned and should be training others.

La stanza si scioglieva come un vecchio tessuto, il tessuto stesso era pieno di acqua, e evidentemente non era stato completamente pulito da un tempo, e c’erano pezzi di cibo e altri rifiuti. C’era un’odiosa ”macchina bianca” sul sedile del salone, che era evidentemente lasciata da un paio di coppie rimbalzate, e io mi sono allontanato da essa, e la camera da letto era rotta e non poteva chiudere completamente senza una forza significativa per sollevare e chiudere nelle sue pentole. Il personale di pulizia si rifiutò di pulire la mia stanza perché ero ancora dentro della mia suite! Ero lavorando dalla mia suite quel giorno! Alcuni dei miei asciugamani erano messi sul serbatoio. Ugh.Il personale di fronte era generalmente amichevole. Grazie. Purtroppo non riuscivo a trovare una stanza altrove, perche'il prossimo tazza di corsa per cavalli.Non tornerò mai a un Holiday Inn.

Ho dovuto andare in tribunale a Lexington, e il Residence Inn al Lexington City Center era un posto fantastico per stare. Sono sempre felice di trovare strutture cucinali in un hotel, quindi non ho bisogno di dipendere dai ristoranti, e sono felice di trovare un supermercato Target a una passeggiata facile. La stanza era tranquilla, quindi ho avuto una buona notte di sonno, anche quando dovevo salire alle tre per prendere il mio volo di ritorno. E l'hotel era solo un isolato dalla corte.
