It was fairly clean, but not like it was in the past, when we stayed there. There was hair in the shower. The sheets were worn, but clean. The lamps were dusty,. We have stayed there 4 times and this was the only time we seen this. I am sure, like every other business these days the have a hard time hiring staff because people do not want to work, but next time I will probaby try another place.

front desk staff at check was civil but not warm and friendly nor welcoming, inadequate communication as they had failed to connect our extended reservation to original (added 1 more day); the fact that maid service was not provided daily was not communicated to us so expectations not met, even on request there was no maid service, had to bring garbage and towels to front desk

Laurie? At the front desk is AMAZING - so kind and courteous and adore her and she needs a raise -
Housekeeping - fire them - the filthiest most disgusting room I have ever stayed in - I have payed less and got more. Beer cans and bottle caps under bed with used napkins - the smell was so bad I had to use perfume and spray it down just so I could get some sleep. The wonderful young lady at the desk brought me new linens - I was rightfully skeptical of what I was sleeping on/in? - I will never stay here again and being from the area - everyone will know - pay more or if you’re in a pinch or feel free to sleep in your car - it’s quieter and cleaner. I wish I wasn’t exhausted from a long trip otherwise I would have left -

Decent place to stay, mattress needs attention. Now if you could get the heel stomping sob above me to go stay somewhere else that would be greatly appreciated

Bed was very bad. Breakfast consisted of waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal every day. Vending machine empty.

Greeting was pleasant. The room was a bit stark with the laminate flooring and white light when we walked in the room. Curtains did not draw all the way closed as a part was broken. There was a lot of hallway noise. Doors to other rooms were quite loud when they closed and we could hear people above us walking back and forth and next door talking.
The room was clean, bed was nicely made but pillows were lumpy and thin which made watching tv uncomfortable.

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. They have done some remodeling, with laminate flooring and paint but they need to do a major overhaul. The paint is peeling, the whole place has a musty, stale smell. Breakfast was nothing special, pre-packaged muffins and other similar items. The shower curtain in our room was ripped and yellow, it used to be white. One of the drawers would not stay closed, there was a stain on the lamp shade. There are some "long term" residents that hang out in the lobby. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was rushing, more eager to talk to a long term resident than help me. She told me nothing about the motel, breakfast, if housekeeping would come to our room (they never did), or when checkout was, nothing. We probably won't be staying here again.

It looks like they’ve tried to update this property with new paint and floors. Unfortunately we were in the first room across from the front desk and heard every ice collection, conversation and door slam all night long. The neighbor next door had his tv on all night which we tried to drown out with the fan. Luckily we only spent one night. It is close to everything which is nice.

It’s nice. We weren’t asking for much. You can definitely smell the cleaners in the halls, which we didn’t mind because at least you know it’s being cleaned.
Night time desk person was sweet and nice.
The kids were super happy.
