Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). The kitchen and the bedroom were good, unfortunately the TV in the living room didn't work. There was no place to put anything in the bathroom. Also, the homeowner neglected to register us as guests in the community, so we couldn't get guest cards. In add

The accommodation can be rated as good overall. It is a spacious holiday flat, very easy to reach by car. Well furnished and clean.

The bathroom is very small, there were no shower towels, only one small towel for each person for a week. The bathroom was also not really clean. When we arrived, the flat had 13 degrees and we were freezing all evening.
