The room was a bit run down but still fit. Good choice of restaurants and the but to the air port is a couple of mins away

Booked for a airport hotel so we could eat out in the town centre. Basic hotel. Bed hard. Clean room . Good location.

Literally, it is a very short 5-minute walk from Lutin Station to the hotel. However, it was very difficult for me to find where the entrance of the hotel was. I actually went to the first floor of the shopping mall next to the hotel, and I found the entrance of the hotel from the shopping centre. However, if you go up in the parking rump next to the hotel, it leads you to the entrance of the hotel without any problem at all.
Receptionists were very friendly and gave me all the necessary information on where to catch local busses to Luton Airport. I will definitely come back and stay in Thistel Express Luton Hotel, when I fly out from Luton Airport next time.

Terrible location with junkies all around. Door locked for known reasons. Very unprofessional and almost rude staff. No eggs on breakfast, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. WiFi was not working. Only stay there if you have too. Room was not in the best state.

Booked hotel for a night before an early flight. Check in was easy as was finding the hotel. The corridor up to the room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke and this smell also had come into the room. Apart from this the room was basic but clean, with comfy beds. Easy to get to the airport the next morning.
