La struttura richiederebbe una robusta manutenzione esterna, ci sono muri scrostati e tutto sa di fatiscente. Camere tranquille e pulite, zona comoda e vista sui vigneti che appaga gli occhi. Comodo posteggio Prezzo più caro di quanto dovrebbe.

I booked this hotel for a four day stay with some friends. I took a single room. The room was nice and clean. A water cooker and some tea or instant coffee can be made in the room. Rooms a the back are very quiet given the hotel is next to a bussy road. The reception is in the restaurant next to the hotel where breakfast is also served. Breakfast consists of a choice of fruits, ham, bacon, scrambled egg, sausages, croisants, ..... along with coffee, tea and a selection of fruit juices.

Great location in Champagne, 8 mins from Central Epernay and close to Hautvillers. They served a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are tiny and not well ventilated. Plenty parking. The hotel is best described as a ‘motel style’ vibe. Value over luxury.

it is just a simple motel on the axx of eprnay. Nothing nearby, just a shopping center. The rooms are dark and smell strange. When we arrived the restaurant was half booked and they were unable to deliver dinner. So they suggested to drive into town (10km) for dinner. That is not what you want to hear after a full day of hot summer motorcycle riding. We changed the hotel to Ibis Epernay and swalowed the loss of money.

The path that leads to the hotel is really not that obvious, I suggest that they put up a bigger sign to indicate its entrance.
The room is small and the interior has an old look. The mattress is old and the back can feel the springs. The electric kettle is rusty, fortunately the front desk lady provided us a cleaner looking one. The rooms are badly soundproofed. The guests above arrived at midnight and the noice they made above our heads woke us up and lasted for half hour. And the next morning woke us up!
The good thing is the location, just 5 minutes away from our destination Hautvillers, the berceau of the Champagne wine, where one finds good restaurants and wineries.

Typical Campanile hotel, you know what what you're getting - clean and comfortable and reasonable vfm. Room 37 had a slight odour of cigarette smoke but nothing overwhelming. Breakfast was very good, definitely recommended and service atvthe reception desk was very friendly both upon checking in and checking out.

Regular customer at this hotel because of the convenient location. Things didn’t work out so well this time. Room was ok, if a little tired in decor. Wifi was poor signal but sleep was more of a priority. Breakfast was good and up to the standard of pre-Covid times. There was no prior notification that the restaurant would be closed, nothing in the website or our booking confirmation, and this meant a trip into town for dinner. Actually that worked out well but it could have been a disaster with a young family. Removing one star for each of poor wifi performance and no prior notification ref dinner. A sh@me. Has this hotel changed hands?

Accueil souriant et aimable - chambre propre, mais très simple - literie impeccable. Petit déjeuner copieux et gourmand. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel à un prix raisonnable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Un lieu idéal pour visiter la Champagne du côté Epernay.
