We stayed here for 3 nights in October, in a one bedroom suite. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. It looked out onto trees and the mirror lake. At night it was very quiet: no noise from the retail/food area of the town. Parking was easy in the underground garage. It is a very short walk to the main pedestrianised area of town. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a good selection of breakfast foods to choose from. Staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again were I to revisit Mont Tremblant.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchen, where we cooked meals from scratch on several of the days. Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff were great, as all minor concerns addressed quickly either by front desk or housekeeping. We loved how close we were to the slopes, not quite ski in and out but like 50m from the lifts. Proper locked ski storage was a huge plus. The beautiful outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the dry sauna was awesome as well, we utilized both pretty much on all days after our ski adventures. Breakfast every morning was the standard eggs, sausage, hash for the hot portion and cereals, yogurt, fruit for the cold - we enjoyed it because it tasted fresh to us on at least 4 out of the 5 days. Little details like crushed walnuts and raisins for the cereals and the availability of hot oats was really nice. One day we were scrambling and arrived just as the stations were closing so no surprise there that breakfast was not as good. Indoor parking was available on site. Special shout out to the professional staff at the front desk, one lady seemed to be there all day and night on all five days haha so it appeared, and she was always willing to help. Tip: if anybody in the party has mobility issues be sure to request a room on one level. We will return on our next trip to Mount Tremblant.

Lovely hotel with a unique loft style room, nice balcony, pool and hot tubs. We had a great time here, the room was nice and was pretty clean though slightly dated. The beds were super comfy and the front desk staff were really nice and friendly. Special shout out to Clara and Dominique! The location can't be beat, being in the pedestrian village, very close to the cabriolet gondolas. Breakfast was really nice, not too crowded. The hot tubs were such a nice treat! We would definitely stay here again!

L'hotel è rustico ma il lavoro è fatto. Non fritte, ma grande valore per il prezzo. I punti sono il fuoco del gas, il tubo caldo per dopo sci, e la vicinanza alla gondola che vi porta alla base della montagna. Le camere sono state molto sp****, letti eccezionali, asciugamani rigidi, letti insufficienti, bar o ristorante all'hotel. Ma le disfunzioni erano sovrascontrate dal valore e dalla posizione. Potete rimanere al Fairmont per il doppio del prezzo, ma trascorrere tutto il vostro tempo sulla montagna, non nella stanza dell'hotel. Abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio riscaldato sotto l'hotel e non abbiamo usato la nostra auto una volta. Puoi camminare ovunque nel villaggio entro 5-10min. La sciazione era fantastica, la scuola di sci per i bambini era perfetta, e se ordinate i biglietti di sollevamento prima di tempo potete chiedere che li consegnano direttamente all'hotel. Grande viaggio, saremo di nuovo!

Potenzialmente l'hotel più disgustoso che abbia mai soggiornato. Se costa 5 dollari a notte e era 1 stella allora forse sarei a posto, ma è più di 300 dollari canadesi a notte! Elenco di cose che sono orribili: * costo * foto e online mostrando qualche spa di lusso, quando in realtà è solo 14 sporchi, tubi caldi di classe domestica fuori * porta casuale rotta, pezzi di cortina di ferro che si scontrano ovunque * è come la casa di qualcuno convertiti in un hotel * molte delle socce elettriche nella stanza sono state chiuse, craccate, pezzi aperti o non hanno funzionato, probabilmente non fino al codice a tutti * nessun sistema chiave virtuale, Ogni camera ha una chiave fisica e si ottiene solo una * Non ti lasciano stare per una notte, si deve prenotare più di una * macchina da caffè nella stanza è antica, nera e decker pot con qualche caffè mate - ＞ 4 stelle? * nessuna tovagliola nella stanza * nessuna bassa nel bagno * è stata installata su un desk in camera principale e nessuno dei dintorni sono impermeabili così probabilmente si rotterà presto e alcuni ospiti sfortunati incontreranno che * l'aria condizionata è stata Installato sotto il desk con il bacino e non si propaga intorno alla stanza, quindi hanno appena ricevuto un fan del pittore dal deposito di casa e correre accanto a lui, 4 stelle? * la stanza non era pulita quando ci siamo arrivati, voli morti ovunque * non hanno pulito la stanza il secondo giorno e per ripararla ci hanno dato degli asciugamani puliti che dovrei davvero elencare più ma tu hai la foto, A questo prezzo non dovresti mai considerare di rimanere qui!

We have been going to the grand lodge for years. We have always had excellent service. This time we could see the lack of staff on premises. Upon arrival we found out one of the elevator was broken and when we asked when it would be repaired they had no clue and we were travelling with a handicap person. During our stay the second elevator broke and we were forced to use the stairs. There were no life guards and the beach restaurant was closed. The power went out due to a storm and there was no hot water the next morning. One of the rooms we rented the ac was frozen when we arrrived and didnt work they had to change our room whcih were adjoining. In another of our rooms the microwave broke they did come and ifx it but the screen on the balcony was broken when we arrived and it remained unrepaired allowing flies to.coem in. In general the staff we did encounter were pleasant. It is evident that management and ownership have changed and as they try to renovate it is understandable that there will be issues however in all our years we never encountered so many issues in one visit.
