Basement: a fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hotplates, oven, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster). Bathroom with bathtub, additional underfloor heating. Living room with dinette, a large sofa, underfloor heating, chimney and flat screen TV. Balcony and terrace.
