Lipsia: hotel a 2 stelle

The location was perfect and the price was suitable for me. There was enough USB and power outlets for everyone. There was also a mirror and a place to hang clothes (e.g. jackets). There were also a fewer hangers than the people in the room but it was ok during my stay; only one other person and myself used them. There were also 6 locker compartments, which was very useful, but you have to buy your own lock. You can buy it from the lobby but in my case they were out of stock so I bought from Rossman, and thankfully I still had time to get one before they close. So, it's better to buy your own lock and use it in your travel. However, being in an 8-bed room with others meant that the toilet was not always clean because of different people using it, having different standards, and the smell in the room was not very good and needed ventilation and something to protect others when someone in the room is sick. So, I would suggest putting leaflets and using controlled rules. Also, the one who used the bed before me has left the pillow and blanket unorganized and with his own dirty cover, so I had to remove them and tidy them before putting mine. I believe, these should be cleaned and tidied up before me. Also, the heater's knob had no numbers so I couldn't know on which level it is. Also, the attitude of the first person I met at the reception desk was not very good at the beginning, but afterwards I didn't have to talk deal a lot with them. I wouldn't recommend a&o's App for usability, but I used to check-in while on the way. However, when I arrived, it was difficult to use the self check-in terminal. It prints a paper with my room number asking me to confirm it, but how do I know the room number in the first place before checking in?? also, whoever used it before me had not taken his printed receipt, so when I had to take the paper, I took also this receipt, with amounts that are not mine, so it was confusing. When I went to the reception clerk and asked him, he first misunderstood and started the checkin based on that wrong receipt. When I started to notice that, I told him (again) that this receipt is not mine, so he asked me (with quiet frustration) ”then why are you showing me this?” and then asked me for my ID to proceed with my check-in. Of course, it feels very bad when he blames me, but also they should be better listeners and need to pay attention to the usability of the self check-in scenario in the App as well as the terminal.

Siamo stati qui due settimane fa perché i nostri figli volevano tornare a bordo e abbiamo collegato questo a una notte a Leipzig. Il bellissimo hotel IBIS è - ”Conosci uno, conosci tutti” e non sono stati delusi. Prenotati abbiamo avuto una camera di famiglia e i due letti da bambino prenota avevano spazio senza problemi, inoltre ci era anche molto spazio per i piccoli per il ”stupendo”. Inoltre, la nostra stanza era al piano di sopra, quindi c'era una vista fantastica. L'ingresso era un po' carino perché era molto in corso (il giorno prima l'hotel era completamente cancellato) e ci ha fatto un nuovo impiegato; Ma tutto ha funzionato molto bene. La posizione è ideale dalla stazione ferroviaria principale - direttamente all'inizio del centro città e verso un centro commerciale. È anche accessibile a piedi. La camera da colazione è tipicamente attrezzata con IBIS; l'unico manco - la colazione è relativamente costosa per la prestazione offerta (in sintesi un 3-Sterne colazione, quindi non deduce la valutazione). Ma questo può essere perché ho dimenticato di prenotare in anticipo. Il punto di riferimento qui era anche il produttore di vaffele. Il caffè viene da una macchina e non ho visto il latte vegetale. Il personale era anche molto amichevole e preconcepito. Nel prossimo viaggio a Leipzig ci fermeremo qui.

We stayed here for a couple of nights en route to Berlin for the Euro 2024 final. We loved Leipzig. We had some of the best meals of our time in Germany there and it’s very pretty. The hotel was very convenient for the station (we travelled to all the games by train) and then a short walk on to the centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants right around the hotel though. It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where you have no key or card, just a number code. But it seemed to work ok. The rooms are adequate and clean with a good shower. Definitely worth staying here and very good value for what we paid.

We stayed here , travelling from England, for my son’s 21st birthday. He supports RB Leipzig fc, and we took him over for a match for his birthday. The hotel was clean and comfortable and bright. Good location, only a few tram stops to RB Leipzig football stadium. It was nice that the family room was split into two rooms. The only thing it lacked was a kettle. Though plenty of cafes and coffee shops near by.

Il processo è facile da iniziare a finire. Il personale del bar/ricevimento era molto carino e professionale. La stanza era pulita e aveva grandi caratteristiche (porta di carica per l'elettronica in un'area chiusa di tavolo). Le gallerie avevano curtain per la privacy e per fermare la luce. La stanza era forse un po' troppo calda/calda - poteva essere solo me. Dormi tranquilla quella notte che era perfetta. Il bar sul sito era piccolo e buona birra a buon mercato
