Buchung kurzfristig problemlos, musste ein paar Minuten warten, bis die Buchung auch beim Hotel sichtbar war. Leider kein Mineralwasser oder Tee auf dem Zimmer und im Hotel war gegen 23 Uhr nichts mehr zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind OK und sauber, aber kein für einen Laptop wirklich geeigneter Tisch. Fernseher ließ sich nicht spontan anschalten. WC empfand ich eher klein.
Positiv ist für mich die Lage am Hauptbahnhof.

Questo è il mio secondo Motel One e non pensavo fosse possibile avere una stanza più spartano o più piccola di Berlin Mitte.. ma erro. In un solo posto ho 1 asciugamano, 1 set di mutandine, 1 cucchiaio, nessuna lavanderia (anche a Berlino). Non c'è un giardino, solo un cassetto che si usa per sbattere vestiti se si sballa. 3 pendenti. Quando si prenota, si chiede se siete single o doppio. Ecco perché. Il mio compagno è con suo marito e paga più per un doppio. Più alto e 2 di ciascuno. Sul lato di flip, è in una grande posizione. Ho dovuto chiudere la finestra a causa delle campane della chiesa e dei rumori della strada. Hai un bar vivente e colazione mentre molto costoso a $13.50 è grande. Potete spostarlo e camminare sul blocco per diverse bacche. Evitare una macchina se possibile. Il lot è estremamente stretto. $15 al giorno. Quindi mentre economico e pulito, gli altri costi aumentano. Hai il minimo semplice ma con grandi aree comuni. Se hai una macchina, giri a sinistra in un sacco aperto... prima di arrivare in strada, che è il motel uno garage.Lo stesso prezzo, ma più facile da gestire.

We stayed here for a couple of nights en route to Berlin for the Euro 2024 final. We loved Leipzig. We had some of the best meals of our time in Germany there and it’s very pretty. The hotel was very convenient for the station (we travelled to all the games by train) and then a short walk on to the centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants right around the hotel though. It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where you have no key or card, just a number code. But it seemed to work ok. The rooms are adequate and clean with a good shower. Definitely worth staying here and very good value for what we paid.

Mentre il nostro appartamento era un po' più piccolo di quanto ci aspettavamo, era molto ben riempito, e ha dato una vista interessante sul muro storico di Wende lungo la strada. Sebbene servito in un'area di terra piuttosto crampi, il buffet di colazione è stato impressionante e ci ha portato all'inizio giusto per vedere la città: il centro di Leipzig è compatto, architettonico e pieno di vita.

L'hotel è purtroppo circondato da grandi edifici. La prima mattina eravamo un po' sorpresi, come sembrava nella sala colazione. Creme sul tavolo, sedia e pavimento. Dopodiché la tavola è stata lavata, purtroppo il resto non è stato. Il rapporto prezzo/prezzo è in circa. Quello che non ci piaceva era il bagno, una porta di vetro che non si chiudeva completamente.

Well situated and comfortable but some issues. Firstly the WiFi is problematic. On returning to the hotel there was no signal to any of the rooms after 2200. There were no reception staff to speak to. They said that it wasn't staffed after 2230, but they clearly locked up long before that. Their excuse next morning was that it was ”external maintenance and a frequent issue” Hardly reassuring or credible. The room had no privacy curtain. Breakfast orange juice was clearly reconstituted and undrinkable - unacceptable at this price point and the scrambled egg was hard and inedible. There was little choice and the coffee point inadequate for numbers of customers.

This very sad hotel stuck in the 90’s was very disappointing . The hotel staff were friendly, but one couldn’t tell the staff from guests apart, because they didn’t wear a uniform or have name badges on. The room was very dark. Dark old rug, very dark wooden closets that were way to large for the room. That dark furniture had seen better days and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom a nightmare. The shower was old and dingy, black spots of mold between the grout. The soap dispenser was over 1 meter away from the sink. Very nerve racking. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was almost everything available, but the long lines at the 1 coffee maker wasn’t an ideal situation. After 1 week , I was happy to leave.

Great value for money. Needed a hotel for a quick stopover along the autobahn and ended up choosing Campanile airport hotel. Really happy with our choice; clean rooms with bunk beds for the kids and a great breakfast for a great price. Convenient parking as well to a subsidized price for hotel guests. Location is a bit off, but if you’re looking for an airport hotel or a hotel along the autobahn look no further. Note that they don’t have a restaurant so make sure you bring food with you, or eat in advance - options at the airport is limited and very expensive.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is located beside the largest train station in Germany and both are on the other side of the Ring Road that surrounds the Old Town. So the location is great. We were off to a bad start – they couldn’t give us our room at 1:30 and they asked us to wait. We thought we’d be called if the room became free since they asked us to wait in the lounge area - but not true. When we went back at 2:45, the room was already ready. The lobby itself is quite functional, with a bar off to one side. There were lounge tables and chairs but they belonged to the bar so occasionally, the waiter would ask if we wanted to order anything. We were immediately struck by the room doors which had full sized drawings of famous people associated with Leipzig. Cute! Entering the guest room, you immediately had floor to ceiling mirrors fronting the T&B. There were touches of dark wood, wallpaper with tiny Latin texts – after all, Leipzig is the German publishing capital – and strangely, a wall of unpainted cement. We had seen this unpainted wall style décor in the previous hotel in Nurnberg – and we still found it strange. The headboard is fully clothed in leather which impressed us. There were switches on both sides of the headboard, something you’d see in an airline business class seat. There was only a small ledge where a night stand should be but it was sufficient for most purposes. The TV was large sized and had BBC and SKY News as their English language channels. Below it was the work desk which was also fully functional, with enough electric outlets. There was a mini bar, a coffee machine, and an electric water kettle. Accent lighting was good. Even much better was the motion-detecting footlights around the bed. If you so much as sat up on bed at night (presumably to go to the WC), the footlights automatically came on – what a lifesaver! Two thirds of one wall had floor to ceiling windows. The windows looked out into the edge of the city center. My wife appreciated the heated toilet floor (which I didn’t even notice). The mirror had great rim lighting and a close-up mirror attached to the middle, which she found perfect. But there were no amenities – cotton, shower cap, sewing kit, etc.) Breakfast was very impressive. The food fare was extensive – really exceptional - with an egg station to boot. But the tables were close together so not too much privacy. And pretty much self service.

The Townhouse Leipzig was one of our favorite hotels on our recent Germany and Austria vacation. Set in the heart of Leipzig within one of the oldest Rennaissance buildings in the city, the Townhouse is next door to the Bach Museum and steps away from Thomaskirche and the iconic statue of the great composer. Our top-floor room looked directly out on Thomaskirche and the Bach statue. Upon entering the hotel for the first time, we were impressed by the beautiful style and creativity of the unique decor and lighting, the charming furnishings, and the friendliness of the staff. Our spacious suite was spotless, had a kitchenette, comfortable couches, a nice flat-screen television, a large modern bathroom, quality linens and pillows, and a warm, welcoming message from the staff. Above the king bed was a large reproduction of one of Bach's cantata manuscripts. The windows opened up onto a stunning view of Thomaskirche and the surrounding city. The Townhouse Leipzig offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry service, a fitness area with workout equipment, a sauna, and a library! The restaurant provides excellent buffet breakfasts. We found several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, including Johann S Restaurant & Bar a few steps from the hotel. The front desk staff were so helpful assisting us throughout our stay, looking up museum times and tram routes and schedules for us. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The price was surprisingly affordable, given the location and the quality of hotel, and the surrounding area was quiet at night. We loved being wakened by the Thomaskirche bells in the morning. The one minor inconvenience is the lack of on-site parking—not surprising given the unique location—but they offer a convenient unloading and loading area for luggage, and we found easy parking adjacent to Thomaskirche a two-minute walk from the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city center, and if you're in Leipzig on a Bach pilgrimage and need a great place to stay, look no further.

Siamo arrivati in ritardo causa un spiacevole disguido e una grossa bugia da parte dell' accompagnatrice di gruppo al titolare dell'hotel. Era meglio la cruda verità e l'ammissione da parte dell'assistente della propria incompetenza.. Nonostante tutto, il titolare è stato cordiale, a mio parere troppo, così come la famiglia e la guida della città. Ho avuto cena tedesca (come poche) e varia, camera spaziosa e fresca. Colazione superlativa. Se tornassi, sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel. Arrivederci dal Friuli Venezia Giulia. Lucia Floreani

UUtente ospiteIl processo è facile da iniziare a finire. Il personale del bar/ricevimento era molto carino e professionale. La stanza era pulita e aveva grandi caratteristiche (porta di carica per l'elettronica in un'area chiusa di tavolo). Le gallerie avevano curtain per la privacy e per fermare la luce. La stanza era forse un po' troppo calda/calda - poteva essere solo me. Dormi tranquilla quella notte che era perfetta. Il bar sul sito era piccolo e buona birra a buon mercato

L’hotel è accanto al centro, davanti ad un supermercato bio ed è circondato da altri hotel di altrettanto buona categoria. La hall è vecchia , così come la moquette nelle stanze ( pure sporca) ed il bagno è troppo piccolo e da rinnovare. Il soffitto basso ha reso il primo impatto non positivo. Noi eravamo in quattro e la familiare prevede tre letti da una piazza e mezza, ma un letto alla francese è troppo piccolo per due. Il frigobar era vuoto e mancava la borsa con il kit x piscina. L’armadio è stato ricavato molto spartanamente da una nicchia nel muro. C era una piccola finestra che guardava in un cortile interno triste. Dó comunque quattro pallini per la piscina con idromassaggio separato che, seppur piccoli, hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno e per la colazione fatta in un salone molto curato , che era ricca davvero di ogni cosa, dolce e salata. Omelette fatte al momento,buono il porrige caldo e i muffin. Carina l’idea della cartolina di benvenuto scritta a mano dalla direttrice dell’hotel, trovata in stanza con l’acqua di cortesia.

Mit einer größeren Gruppen haben wir als Firma eine Übernachtung im Hotel gebucht und waren absolut begeistert! Die Zimmer waren alle sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von hervorragender Qualität: Bio, frisch und vielseitig (es gab sogar vegane Alternativen). Das Gleiche galt für einen eigens für uns ausgerichteten Lunch. Das Servicepersonal (sowohl im Hotel als auch in der Bar) empfanden wir als ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Vorab gab es unsererseits viele Änderungen, die alle stets freundlich angenommen und umgesetzt wurden. Der Kontakt zur Serviceleitung war unkompliziert und immer zuvorkommend! Auch nochmal ein großes Dankeschön für das Entgegenkommen bezüglich einiger Zimmerstornierungen von unserer Seite – es lief alles reibungslos! Wir können das Hotel – nicht nur aufgrund seiner fantastischen, zentralen Lage – uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Non c'è aria condizionata e siamo rimasti in mezzo all'estate - la stanza era molto calda anche con il fan di spogliatoio, se eravamo un po' troppo caldi. L'accesso alla stanza è un po' complicato, ma una volta che abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ottenere le informazioni su come accedere (è tutto online), è stato buono.

Un'anima gentile, che si accade come un vicino di unità ci aiuta a uscire. È possibile contattarli e capire che non ci hanno mandato i documenti e la password necessari per accedere all'unità.
Immagina cosa succede se questo accade in una serata tardiva. Molto nervosa e cattiva esperienza nonostante tutti i pros su questa unità.

UUtente ospiteThe location was perfect and the price was suitable for me. There was enough USB and power outlets for everyone. There was also a mirror and a place to hang clothes (e.g. jackets). There were also a fewer hangers than the people in the room but it was ok during my stay; only one other person and myself used them. There were also 6 locker compartments, which was very useful, but you have to buy your own lock. You can buy it from the lobby but in my case they were out of stock so I bought from Rossman, and thankfully I still had time to get one before they close. So, it's better to buy your own lock and use it in your travel. However, being in an 8-bed room with others meant that the toilet was not always clean because of different people using it, having different standards, and the smell in the room was not very good and needed ventilation and something to protect others when someone in the room is sick. So, I would suggest putting leaflets and using controlled rules. Also, the one who used the bed before me has left the pillow and blanket unorganized and with his own dirty cover, so I had to remove them and tidy them before putting mine. I believe, these should be cleaned and tidied up before me. Also, the heater's knob had no numbers so I couldn't know on which level it is. Also, the attitude of the first person I met at the reception desk was not very good at the beginning, but afterwards I didn't have to talk deal a lot with them. I wouldn't recommend a&o's App for usability, but I used to check-in while on the way. However, when I arrived, it was difficult to use the self check-in terminal. It prints a paper with my room number asking me to confirm it, but how do I know the room number in the first place before checking in?? also, whoever used it before me had not taken his printed receipt, so when I had to take the paper, I took also this receipt, with amounts that are not mine, so it was confusing. When I went to the reception clerk and asked him, he first misunderstood and started the checkin based on that wrong receipt. When I started to notice that, I told him (again) that this receipt is not mine, so he asked me (with quiet frustration) ”then why are you showing me this?” and then asked me for my ID to proceed with my check-in. Of course, it feels very bad when he blames me, but also they should be better listeners and need to pay attention to the usability of the self check-in scenario in the App as well as the terminal.

UUtente ospiteEl servicio de este hotel cayó en picada. Es la tercera vez que me alojo aquí y después de esta experiencia no volveré. Un recepcionista malencarado me atendió al llegar. Mi habitación no tenía internet (como prometieron) y el empleado se rehusaba a darme otra habitación. Después de insistiruna hora, no le quedó más remedio que darme otra habitación. En el pasado había recepcionistas muy amables y serviciales. El recepcionista que me atendió parecía más un pandillero que un empleado de un hotel. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Mala ubicación, lejos del centro.
